Been on a bit of a smoking hiatus since our last event in June with family vacation and dance trips and the fact that it’s been hotter here than the sun side of Mercury but todays weather called for an old favorite on the grill.

Second taco bar in two nights!! Last night we had the chance to provide pulled chicken, pork and ground beef (yes…we smoked TACO MEAT) along with smoked queso and Mexican rice for the beautiful wedding of Sophie and Hagan!

Tonight, pulled pork taco bar for the Evolution Arts and Athletics end of year team banquet!!

Another day, another butt. Or three.

Pulled pork heading out to the Story Church Covenant Partnership weekend! Pairing it up with some baked beans, potato salad, and for the first time ever…cole slaw. Isn’t on our menu, had never made it, whipped some up anyway!!

If you can dream it, we can make it! 🤙🏻

When a loyal follower asks you to smoke them a pork butt…and you need dinner for the week anyway…why not do one for yourself as well??

Bone in, boneless, we smoke them all!

For those who are hip (pun intended) to that kind of thing, can you tell which pork butt is bone in and which one is boneless?

Spoiler alert…they are both delicious.

When I started this several months ago, it was something I thought I’d just do as a hobby, maybe make a couple sales, and mostly just have fun making good food. I sat down and made a list of all the orders over the holidays and was blown away at how many customers we’ve had the pleasure of serving, and how many still have food coming this week! I am humbled, in awe, and so thankful for each and every one of our followers who share our page, spread our name, support us in all ways (not just financially) and continue to cheer us on!
