The phone call conversation,
A young man called me searching for an advice after he find the love of his life. He said, "I met this girl and we been seeing each other for a while now and I want to marry her?". And I ask, "why do you wanna marry her?". The young man said, "she is beautiful, tall with a great body, nice teeth with beautiful smile". I ask, " any other reason you want to marry her?" and he said, "no, that's it". And I said, "you have never mentioned a single quality of a potential wife about your lady".
I told the young man that there is different between someone who will remain a girlfriend and someone who will remain a boyfriend. And there are people who will be promoted to become a wife or a husband but not everyone. A wife is someone who will be adding to what you have. When I said someone who will be adding to what you have, it's not money or other materials but I'm talking about a SUPPORT SYSTEM. A wife is someone who will PRAY for you, MOTIVATE you to keep you moving, someone who will give you a PEACE of MIND and help you to become a better version of yourself. A wife is someone who will help you bounce back when you think it's over. But not the description you provide. I told him to take his time and observe her a little more until he start observing a wife characteristic.
