The rental fee includes:
- Use of space
- 8+ tables
- 40+ chairs
- Bar stool chairs
- Separate, small bar space
- Small fridge
- Small storage space
- Lounge furniture
- Use of fireplace
- Use of TV for entertainment or as a presentation device

NOTE: bathrooms are located on the 1st floor. There are 16 total steps from the 1st floor to The Event space.

**** The Event rental fee includes everything as-is. Any extras, upgrades, etc. are additional.

Additional fees include:
- Event planning + set up and takedown
- Catered food and beverages (including alcohol) from Refinery 507

Labor Day Weekend, a few women from Wisconsin + their children came for "a small girls trip to celebrate birthdays."

"This place was amazing! The inside and aesthetic of the place was beautiful and perfect for the area. We loved the private rooftop that only we can access and we put it to great use. Plenty of tables and chairs outside for us to craft, eat, and take pictures. The place was clean, easy to find, and hosts were very responsive. It’s bigger than we had thought which is a plus for us. We also loved the garage door that opens the living/kitchen place directly to the roof. Easy access to both areas and made the place so much bigger! While it's true that 'The Miller's Room' never disappoints, probably the best part of our latest 5-star review here is the part where he mentions (also) their love for Lush Cakes. In our guide for all AirBnB guests, we provide recommendations for the best places and spaces in town to visit. :)

"Located right downtown and above a great bar and restaurant. We enjoyed hiking around the lake and also the beach at Clear Lake. Lush Cakes had great coffee and pastries. Parking was easy, the host was responsive, and the apartment was modern and nicely located." -- Logan
