Planning your reception details are super important. Think of elements from your overall all theme and try to include them. Try to not over do it and keep the focus on the more lasting impressions like food or a unique experience for your guests. Most times this involves multiple discussions with decor and floral vendors. No detail is too small to mention. 

Pro Tip: Always try to repurpose your ceremony decor elements into your reception decor. Repurpose florals, stands etc. Not only is it cost effective it also adds a feel of a consistent look in your photos, videos and for your guests.

Planning your ceremony set up details are super important. Where you exchange your vows will be in a lot of photos and all your guests eyes will be on it. Think of elements from your overall all theme and try to include them. Try to not over do it and keep the focus on yourselves. Most times this includes multiple discussions with decor and floral vendors. No detail is too small to mention. 

Pro Tip: Get the decorator to send you photos of the set up once completed. You can then see how your vision translates into pictures. This way, you can make any changes you want immediately.

Selecting jewelry for your big day plays a big part in creating your look for your special day. Try to keep a balance when making your selections.

1. Always buy your dress first. It will guide you in the selection process.

2. Less is more. Try to make sure the jewelry compliments the details of your dress. Heavily embellished outfits require clean, accented jewelry. Minimalist attire can be styled with statement jewelry.

3. The more details you use, the more you loose. It's hard for people to pick up on special details when there's too much going on. Stick with what is most important. You definitely don't want to end up looking like a Christmas tree. 🙈
