Although you may see me wearing this pullover quite often (because it is so comfi and you should definitely feel comfi!), DON'T wear STRIPES when you are captured on VIDEO. 😮⛔⁠

During all the occasions when I was wearing them - like here during a team building event - I was merely behind the scenes, either directing backstage or not even recorded via camera - never visible in the official stream though.⁠

✨ PRO Tip: Stripes create a terrible flicker on the screen, so please avoid it at any time you are part of a video stream. 🎥

We gave in-person a lot of credit in the past in regards to connections that were truly made. 🗣️ But the truth is that there has been a major shift for over 10 years already and most people actually connect online at the .⁠
🤳🏼 They check the social wall, see a tweet they like, and with another click the connection has been created - !⁠

💥 Virtual events are also not going to stop once we all reach herd immunity and it is safe to go back to in-person events. 🙅🏽‍♀️⁠

While certain events such as music festivals and other social gatherings surely deliver a different experience when people can mingle in a location and celebrate together 👯, there are a lot of and events which benefit from a setup. 👩🏽‍💻 Even more so now that and have developed and improved a lot over the past year. 📈⁠

Shy attendees? 🙈 Sometimes it boosts a lot to choose a platform that doesn't require video to "be seen." 👀⁠

🤡 Let your attendees create their own that can represent them as they'd like to be seen, no prejudices, totally accessible for everyone.⁠

Another advantage of : They can jump from table to table and have more private conversations instead of the entire event audience listening in. Let speakers from the stage mingle with the attendees afterwards and make them approachable. ☝🏼😮 It would be much harder to create this scenario at live events!⁠
