What a great day for charity! Had the pleasure of donating for a woman’s charity for Nexus and LC Companies. Meet some cool people and hope to land some construction events for catering.

I had never shot s***t before and let’s say I only got better as the morning went on. So fun!

I’m thinking about doing a multi course dinner at the farm to help raise funds to keep it going and wanted to see the feed back if anyone was interested in it.

As you know is I’m a chef and I have a mushroom farm across the street from my commissary kitchen and catering operation.

Price would include an amazing wine pairing of several wines from my private celler and a wonderful 4 course meal made by me.

I would only offer 20 seats for the first dinner and then maybe think of expanding.

Amazing time last night. What a beautiful home and an amazing newlywed couple.

First night cooking at the Masters in Augusta GA was a great success. FNG Mushroom Company LLC came along for the plane ride. We had some beautiful king blue oysters in the wild rice. Next meal will feature those amazing chestnuts.

We have 40 vendors lined up for Saturday March 16th and and 23 vendors lined up for Sunday, March 17th! Make sure to support small businesses by shopping at the market next weekend. There are so many unique vendors that will be there both days.
