I’m thinking about doing a multi course dinner at the farm to help raise funds to keep it going and wanted to see the feed back if anyone was interested in it.
As you know is I’m a chef and I have a mushroom farm across the street from my commissary kitchen and catering operation.
Price would include an amazing wine pairing of several wines from my private celler and a wonderful 4 course meal made by me.
I would only offer 20 seats for the first dinner and then maybe think of expanding.
