How to save your Top Tier of your Cake!!

How to save your top tier for 1 year anniversary:
At the wedding, make sure your top tier is placed aside or in the box provided. Once you are home, place it in the freezer for an hour, until the buttercream hardens. Once it hardens, take it out & wrap tightly in 2 layers of plastic wrap. Then 1 layer of aluminum foil. Place back into the box & freeze for the 1 year. If wrapped correctly, and if there are no strong freezer odors from other food - it will stay good. Tried & tested! 🩷Share with someone who will be getting married
