A bitter-sweet time has come for us at QSC: tomorrow, June 9, will be our last event. As lockdown restrictions continue to ease, and more and more restaurants reopen for takeaway and deliveries, we have decided to hit pause on our events to re-evaluate how we move forward. We recognize that now that we are able to see our friends and family everyone is eager to do so, and that we are all a little zoomed-out. We encourage you to please continue to support our friends in the hospitality industry by getting takeaway, deliveries, meal kits, and visiting your local market purveyors. We hope to dine with you again, in real life, soon!

We are proud to share that to date our events have raised over £1,500, all of which has gone directly to the chefs who have been affected by the recent restaurant closures or to a hospitality charity of their choice. When we set out to create The Quarantine Supper Club we were driven by a desire to give back to the industry that has given us so much, so cheers to everyone who has helped make that happen! ⁠

This Wednesday we'll be enjoying a delicious and light spring-inspired menu created by nutritional therapist and private chef Tatu Bearcroft that can be adapted to your preferred dietary approach.⁠

Bring your protein of choice to add to a tasty mint and coriander pesto with brown rice noodles and a zingy Thai inspired carrot salad. Anything goes, firm tofu, petit pois, duck or chicken, beef, seafood or fish, what ever your choice it's sure to be tasty, and Tatu will help everyone with suggestions of how to prepare your chosen protein to best suit the meal. ⁠

How does it work?

• Sign up for the event that best suits you – up to 8 people can join each dinner party.
• Once you’ve signed up you’ll receive an email with a private zoom link – simply open that link at the time of your event and you’ve arrived!
• Each event last roughly two hours. A talented London chef will teach you how to cook a quarantine-friendly meal while you get to know fellow Londoners.
• Please contribute a minimum of £10 direct to your host/chef via PayPal or bank transfer at the end of the event – payment details will be sent via email. ALL proceeds go to the chef and/or a charity of their choice!
