So after a scheduled year off from BBQ, we are back with many changes. Smoke-N-Shine and Smoked have merged with a new line of rubs and sauces coming out this year to included new branding. Stay tuned for some cool sheetzzzz coming soon!

We also acquired a very popular brand “Handcrafted”. They had the Texas style barbecue market cornered in the Chapel Hill, Pittsboro and the Sandhills area. Thank you Timmy Britt for letting us acquire your business and we look forward to working with you in the future. Thank you to all their loyal followers for transitioning over to Smoked. We will still come to your area to support your barbecue needs.

Back on the competition circuit as well with Uncle Pig's Barbeque Pit. Looking forward to another strong year following 2022 KCBS Team of the Year and Grand Champions of the 2023 JACK! It’s been an amazing journey and loads of fun meeting some quality people.

Look out St Croix!!! Bad A*z Mule BBQ went GLOBAL today! We got our Sweet Madness BBQ sauce delivered after a 7 day voyage on a container ship out of Jacksonville FL. Big thank you to Jeff Walters, owner of BAM, for filling the order!! I know it was a pain in the ass dealing with Sysco International, but so worth it! Our guests will love this stuff!
