I enioyed this program so much! Ang hirap magpatigil ng program pag ayaw pa bumitaw ng audience 🤣😂

Used Raining in Manila for the host intro and overall background song (because of the light drizzle yesterday). 🥳

What really caught us off guard was the Singles Game 🙈🙉🙊 and the dance performance from Kim and family. 5/5 stars!

So. Much. Fun!

Another option for kiddie parties, aside from events halls, are indoor playgrounds.

I have not yet seen an indoor playground event where kids and their parents left early. The usual problem is that the kids don't want to leave! 🤣

Talk about being multipassionate, I was given the opportunity to do events styling, too! 💐

What I love about styling is--the challenge of making faux flowers look alive. Completing the ceiling treatment can be difficult without trusses. Everything has to be attached to certain riggimg points manually.

Another thing I like about styling is it's a team effort. 👬 Everyone has to work to achieve the vision of the client (as interpreted by the stylist). People work on different parts of the venue all at the same time to complete the look before the guests arrive.

It's a lot of work and I'm happy that a lot of people appreciate the tiniest details. If it made the guests smile or go "wow", then the hours that went into transforming the venue was all worth it. 😊

This was me 5 years ago--babywearing while attending Metro Manila Toastmasters Club meeting. 👶👩‍🍼

Beside me (wearing pinstripes) is Ms. May Alviz. I owe her my first exposure to events hosting and coordination. She made me tag along with her to events she hosted so I'll learn on the job.

Having a mentor is an amazing thing. I'm sure I owe so much to the people who carried me through my "infancy" years and held my hand until I learned how to walk on my own (and even run and do cartwheels now!) All of the blessings I'm reaping wouldn't have been possible if not for the people who believed. 🥰

At some point in my career, may I be able to inspire and touch lives.

I emceed for a couple of events here at IL Padrino Coffee and it's always been memorable because of the following:

1. Amazing food! (10/10)
- I find the free-flowing coffee a great addition to the set menu you'll avail. Perfect for the rainy season!

2. Value for money (9.5/10)
- FREE venue for a minimum of 50 pax. Free basic sound system. Projector screen and projector are also available.

3. Easily accessible (10/10)
- This is especially important if you have guests commuting to your event. Right along Commonwealth Ave., it's very easy to locate.

4. Unbeatable service (11/10)
- Don't feel stressed on your special day because we've got it all covered! You have a team of reliable suppliers--from catering, venue, emcee, stylist, and photographer.

I thought I'd do something for myself when I realized Mother's Day is right around the corner.

I dusted off my Cricut Maker, brewed coffee, and blocked off a few hours on my calendar so I can create something that involves my current life motto. I put it on the wall in front of my desk to remind myself: My love does create breakthroughs wherever I go.

Happy Mother's Day to everyone in the group! May we all continue to craft, inspire, and lead with our powerful love. 🥰

Monday musings 🥰

Much of what I know as an emcee and speaker were formed and perfected during the weekly Toastmasters meetings. Metro Manila Toastmasters club was the first club I joined here in Quezon City.

A lot of people are afraid to hold the microphone, let alone lead programs and events. I vividly remember those days when I stutter and hyperventilate in front of an audience 😅

But I steadily overcame that fear through the loving and dedicated mentorship of Toastmasters who took me in and showed me how it's done.
