What an incredible weekend event! Thank you to all the athletes that showed up and threw it down. DEKA DONE! We saw a few ZONE 11 visits as well! I can’t say enough how grateful I am to all the volunteers that helped out this weekend of course. Without you, these celebrations of fitness would not happen. Thank you! This event was originally a DEKA STRONG only. We pulled some strings and have been able to add DEKA MILE heats to this event. This is the LAST CHANCE to qualify for DEKA World Championships. Even if qualifying isn't a motivating factor for you, you still need to check this out. We are one of the ONLY climate controlled and completely indoor DEKA MILE arena's in the country!

In the meantime, I still need to earn my DEKA MILE mark! Looks like I will be headed up to Kevins place in Ct on the 9th for my first 2022 run. Anyone else going? I will then be joining my team on the 23rd in Yardley at Sydneys gym Underlying Strength to dial it in. Who’s in?
