🚀 Never underestimate the power of marketing for your business!
🔥 It's the lifeblood that keeps everything flowing. Here's a breakdown from my recent video:
1/ Keep marketing consistently! Momentum can be lost if you slack off. Don't let success make you complacent.
2/ Learn from mistakes. Analyze when things go south - often it's because you turned down the heat on promoting your business.
3/ Master the art of promotion. You're the best advocate for your biz - whether it's through social media, networking, or other channels.
4/ Don't rely solely on a handful of clients. Always be prepared for turnover by maintaining a steady flow of leads.
5/ Feeling overwhelmed? It might be time to hire help. If you can't afford it, reassess your pricing and scalability.
Remember, consistent marketing keeps the flame alive and your business thriving! 💪 #Entrepreneurship #MarketingTips

Here's the key takeaways that Lazim taught our Young Sharks audience at the last conference.
Confidence didn't come overnight, but it's key.
1️⃣ Believe in Yourself: It starts with self-belief. Even when doubts creep in, push through.
2️⃣ Courage Over Comfort: Sales demands courage. It took time to muster the courage to pitch high prices.
3️⃣ Own Your Value: Confidence sells. Presenting prices confidently makes all the difference.
4️⃣ Practice Makes Perfect: Confidence grows with practice. Keep refining your pitch, and it'll become second nature.
Remember, confidence is the ultimate sales tool! 💼💪
Apart from being an outstanding member of the Young Sharks community, Lazim is now helping us cover the cost of our upcoming conference by being a sponsor.

There's 4 pillars to getting traction on a business...
At least here's the 4 things that worked for me, when I applied them all correctly, with a great offer, I was surprised how easy it became to sell.
Pillar #1: In-Flow Marketing (Ads)
Nothing will change your business more than to have prospects come to you, to knock on your front door begging you to solve their problems in exchange for money.
If you can run ads or similar styles of inbound marketing, and make it profitable, your business will never be the same.
Pillar #2: CRM
There's many business owners who have enough volume just on their phone books and word of mouth but they fill to really squeeze the juice because they forget to follow up, or they don't even call referrals up.
Having a CRM and having proper processes in there will help you make sure that your ad spend is well spent, have 0 waste, and be able to follow up with prospects FOREVER.
Pillar #3: Management
After you got leads coming, your CRM is helping you close and stay organized, the next piece of the puzzle is the back end of the business, the management. That's everything from client success, fulfilment, onboarding, hiring, and most importantly managing your data and keeping track of KPIs (key performance indicators).
Pillar #4: Networking
This is how you meet the people who will take you to the next level.
Meeting the right people in your life is almost more important than anything else.
