When your event date is confirmed, you can rely on The Sound Guy to be there punctually—100% guaranteed. Previously, we operated without deposits or contractsfor most small to medium events, relying on our customers’ word when booking with us. However, due to recent same-day cancellations, we’re implementing deposits of 50% of total and signed contracts for all events. *

Bookings made before December 2, 2023 will not be subject to this change.

Happy Halloween! Last night, the customer rented our large outdoor screen for a movie, creating an amazing cinema experience for their guests. Following the movie, one of our talented DJs played a mix of music for the everyone invited.

Today, we’re collaborating with Pacific Okinawa Players (POPs)on a murder mystery production. This presents an excellent chance for us to implement our custom 5G Wi-Fi network antenna/router, tailored to reduce latency between our software and digital mixer, all while extending the working range. 🛜

This week we provided background music + microphone for the Kadena Elementary 5th grade graduation celebration. We decided to give our QSC K12s a break and brought out the Yamaha DBR12s. These speakers covered the entire like it was nothing.

Award Ceremony inside large hangar. This event was really fun and interesting due to the echo inside the hangar. Regardless, proper acustic measures were taken so everyone could listen and understand clearly.
