Introducing my new podcast 'Just Me & My Mates'

Ive been working on this podcast for some time now and thought this would be a great time to finally get it out there.

Ive been lucky enough to have experienced the highs and lows of life and be a part of some great experiences along the way and so decided to try and share as many of these as possible.

This podcast will feature and promote not just myself, my music and career as a promoter but some of the legends I've met along the way.

Episode 1 features my good friend Phil KOncept Rowlands where we discuss his rise as one of Newports most memorable resident DJ's, trips to Ibiza and the mental stresses of being in the music industry.
