We pride ourselves on our freshly prepared mix, made using only free range eggs and locally sourced ingredients. We are also very grateful to our families… without their support we wouldn’t be able to run our business and work the long hours that we do. As you can see, it’s a family affair and thanks must go to James for naming our fresh mix. Today we are flippin’ Tarquin and Matilda! 😂🥞

It’s a flippin’ busy week at FDHQ! We’re flippin’ our delicious pancakes in the street food corner of Bournemouth Lower Gardens near Bournemouth Beach and Bournemouth Pier all week and then heading off to the Great Dorset Chilli Festival this weekend, via our lovely regular campsites! Phew! We will be ready for a lie in by Monday morning! 🥞🥞

Thank you to all of our flippin’ fantastic followers. We have had an amazingly busy weekend spreading our pancake love… from summer fayres to charity events, private breakfast parties to artisan markets! We are all flipped out… until tomorrow, where we will be serving our limited edition homemade lemon curd and fresh blueberry pancake at South Lytchett Manor Caravan and Camping Park from 6pm. 🥞🥞🥞🥞

Join us for everything pancake on Wareham quay tomorrow, supporting the Friends of MS Purbeck’s Summer Fete. We will be there from 8am, ready to flip our ever popular American fluffy pancake breakfast stacks, topped with fresh seasonal fruit, creamy Greek yoghurt and delicious maple syrup.
