This time four years ago, we were in our brand new purple gazebo, learning the ropes at Ringwood Winter Wanderland on our first ever event! We are still learning, still meeting new faces, making new friends and still devising new and innovative fillings and toppings. We just flippin’ love it and tomorrow we get to do it all again, back in Ringwood! We hope to see you there! 🥞🥞

We’re all set up at Poundbury Christmas Market and ready for a flippin’ fantastic day with plenty of delicious pancakes and our cadbury’s hot chocolate, topped with Nicky’s homemade gingerbread man. Run, run as fast as you can… we’re here until 4 in our purple pancake van. 🥞🥞

We pride ourselves on our freshly prepared mix, made using only free range eggs and locally sourced ingredients. We are also very grateful to our families… without their support we wouldn’t be able to run our business and work the long hours that we do. As you can see, it’s a family affair and thanks must go to James for naming our fresh mix. Today we are flippin’ Tarquin and Matilda! 😂🥞

It’s a flippin’ busy week at FDHQ! We’re flippin’ our delicious pancakes in the street food corner of Bournemouth Lower Gardens near Bournemouth Beach and Bournemouth Pier all week and then heading off to the Great Dorset Chilli Festival this weekend, via our lovely regular campsites! Phew! We will be ready for a lie in by Monday morning! 🥞🥞
