After 16 beautiful years together, Travis and I finally celebrated our love in Hua Hin, Thailand. Surrounded by 40 of our dearest friends and family, it was a night filled with warmth, laughter, and joyful tears—a blur of emotions that I will cherish forever.
To my dear husband, Travis: Thank you for loving me unconditionally for the past 16 years. Running a business is rewarding but can often be a lonely journey. You have been my best counselor, biggest supporter, truest partner, and best friend. I am beyond grateful to have you by my side.
To our daughter, Jacque: Seeing you, now a big girl, wearing my “something blue” filled my heart with pride and joy. Since you came into our lives, your dad and I have grown into better people, learning so much from you. Thank you for being our inspiration.
To all our friends who traveled from Australia, California, China, London, Macau, and Singapore to be with us: Your presence meant the world to us. Thank you for being part of our lives and for making our celebration in Hua Hin so special.
As the owner and head designer of Mia Ateliers, it was a dream come true to infuse our wedding with elements of my Chinese heritage. The circle (圆), symbolizing reunion (团圆), was a central theme, representing the unity of our loved ones. The fabric gathering on my reception dress drew inspiration from the traditional qipao fastenings (盘扣), adding a touch of cultural elegance to the evening.
This vision came to life thanks to the dedication and hard work of an incredible team of vendors. As someone who has been in the industry for years, I deeply appreciate the months of effort that go into creating such a magical experience. My heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you for making our dream a reality.
