This notebook serves one main purpose and the quote on the front is a daily reminder that anything we dream about, we can achieve in our business.
So, what is this notebook? This is my Daily Wins Notebook. Writing down my daily wins is a habit I started last year (thanks to ).
When everything is going according to plan and you’re accomplishing goals left and right, it’s really to celebrate the wins. What about the days and weeks where you’re struggling, and it feels like you’re not moving forward?
This is where the daily wins habit has significantly helped me recognize the impact of the small wins, especially when they add up over time – like hitting send on an email, posting on social, or even joining a networking event.
Every action we take in our business leads to an outcome. The best way to celebrate (in the moment or down the line) is write them down!
What practices do you have that help you move forward and recognize what you have and will accomplish?
Consistency is the name of the game (in life and in business), yet it can be the hardest habit to master 🤔
August is almost to a close and our biggest launches (to date) are coming up way faster than anticipated.

We are thrilled to have Danielle Chylinski with Chylinski Media, LLC come onboard as our co-host this year as we strive to elevate the attendee experience and increase the number of Power Hours hosted.
If you’re new to the Dare to Engage Power Hour event series, these one-hour virtual networking events are designed for YOU to connect, engage, and share experiences with others. We will be hosting 16 Power Hours in 2022 for our and audiences!

What happens in Hartford, stays in Hartford...Right?
Wrong. What happened in Hartford was a true collaboration between two companies developing their respective strategic plans for 2022, PLUS strategizing the remaining days of 2021.
Going through 90 Day Strategic Planning process allowed us to get everything out of our heads onto paper, and then we could prioritize specific area(s) of the business going into 2022.
We could talk for days about the four days spent in Hartford, but we won’t 😉
The only thing you need to know is both current and future clients are going to reap of the benefits of our new/revised processes, services, products, and events that will be rolled out in the next few months. So get ready...

The ability to pivot is key to the long-term success of your business. Pivoting doesn’t mean you have to throw in the towel for a particular concept or service/product. Instead, it means making an adjustment in the strategy and ex*****on, while staying true to the company’s mission/vision.
In our case, Nori Event Co. was initially started as an event planning company and with the pandemic we pivoted to serve a secondary market with our Virtual Project Management services. As we start to wrap up 2021 and look forward to 2022, another pivot is coming…

🚙 Road Trip Alert 🛣
I’m so excited to be taking a true vacation for the first time since starting Nori Event Co.! As business owners it can be difficult to “shut off” and truly unplug from your company, especially if you’re a solopreneur. This is exactly why it’s even more important to take those days with family or friends…remember, you run your business, not the other way around.
Now, don’t get me wrong, there is plenty to accomplish over the next couple days, which means some of my favorite productivity habits are in full effect to make sure our clients are taken care of while we’re fully unplugged!
📓Updated to-do list with projects prioritized by due date and level of importance for each client
⏲ Time blocking in the planner! (Yes, a paper planner. This will forever be my favorite way to organize my schedule.) Time blocking is great because then you know exactly what to focus on during a certain period of time and there’s a greater chance for “deep work.”
🎶 A great playlist. Music always gets me motivated and in the zone for work. (Especially those 🔥 playlists from )
What are some ways you prep the overall business and your clients for an extended out of office?
P.S. - It’s always amazing how much you can get accomplished in a day when you take the time to create a plan, eliminate distractions and focus in on the task at hand.

We hadn’t until May’s Dare to Engage Power Hour (Business Owner Edition), and what a different experience from a production side. Fortunately, we’ve created a turnkey run of show with , which allowed us to still provide a high-quality, engaging event with minimal equipment.

📱iPad ➡️ display the run of show to keep the event on track
📔Notebook ➡️ jot down attendee feedback and roundtable discussion answers (motivational quotes, resources to look up later, etc.)
