Hey everyone, this is my dear friend - I don’t often post things like this but as if fighting brutal cancer wasn’t enough, she had a horrific car wreck last week in Colorado as described below. I figured I would put this out there In case anyone is in a position to help out with some basic expenses, the PayPal link is [email protected] - Anything helps. with

Welp. On Friday I was going to post about being 1 year cancer free and how survivors need to help those still fighting all fights. It became truer than ever when I ended up spending my week in a hospital in Denver. On a road trip to Wyoming I passed out due to elevation, swerved across all lanes (luckily not hitting anyone else) and crashed. I was found underneath my steering wheel with a broken neck, having ripped off my gear shift with my own ribs. I was helicoptered to Denver for surgery to reconnect my head and spine and heal internal organs. I am finally out of the hospital but will return next week to get my staples out. I’ll then live with family for a while until I can do physical therapy and recover fully. Today I am learning to walk and talk and eat again. In a year the hope is that I will be back to 100%. This life is such a gift, it keeps trying to take me out and for some reason I am always still here. Please use your time, please hug your friends, call your family, take the chance. Please live and fight for those who cannot. I love you all dearly and please excuse my absence as I prioritize my healing. 💜💜💪🏼 singersongwriter
