To all participants, the tournament will be held on August 25, 2019 at 3rd Floor Emerald Hardware Banawang, Bato. Call time starts at 1pm.

Tournament Guidelines

Player Rules
1. Players are only allowed to join 1 team per bracket
2. Players must be available on the tournament date.
3. Registering on this tournament implies full acceptance of all terms, condition, rules, and regulations.
Team Rules
1. Teams are expected to provide their own internet connection to play the game.
2. A team must consist of the following members:
a. 5 main players
b. 1 reserved player (optional)
3. Teams are prohibited to replace any of the registered players including the reserved player throughout the event.
4. By registering, teams acknowledge that all usage of photos, videos, and any form of recording during the tournament have been given legal consent by the players for media and marketing purposes.
Tournament Rules
1. Matches will proceed as indicated in the Bracket Schedule.
2. There are three rounds for each Bracket:
a. Elimination Round (Knock-Out Round)
b. Semi-final Round (Best of Three)
c. Championship Round (Best of Five)
3. Teams are expected to be in the game area and in-game lobby at the designated time. There is a maximum of 10-minute waiting time.
4. If one team is not ready at the designated time, their opponent is awarded a default win by the officials.
In-Game Rules
1. The game mode used is Custom Game: Draft Mode
2. If any player disconnects during the match, the game continues. The disconnected players are required to reconnect as soon as possible.
3. In case of server crash, the game can be continued from newly draft.
4. A toss-coin will be conducted to decide whose team will create a lobby/game.
Penalties
1. Upon discovery of any team member committing any violations of the rules listed above, the officials may, without any limitation of its authority may issue disqualification for the whole team from the tournament.
