Did a Mystery Basket tasting Friday night - just under 2 hours from ingredient reveal to presentation.
Didn’t get a good pic of the beef dish or the gator.
For those that don’t know what that means, I had no idea what ingredients I would be working with until I showed up. I had to come up with the menu, cook and plate the food - 2 presentation dishes plus tasting portions.
