It’s been a busy week at the kitchen! These are just the Charcuterie Boards we did-we had so many salad boards as well!
It has been so fun to cut all the flowers myself that I have been using on my boards the past few weeks! Thank goodness for friends with a green thumb!
I was lucky enough the past two weeks to go cute these beautiful flowers from a friend’s flower patch! We had a steady week of charcuterie boards this week.

We had such a good variety of boards this weekend. Classic charcuterie, fruit and veggie boards, a few bloody Mary boards, and huge grazing table! We were so busy we didn’t get a chance to take a picture of all the boards! Had a few fun dessert boards as well, I’ll have to remember to get pictures of those next time!

It has been such a crazy week this week! So many boards for our customers old and new We also got to make up this fun, dessert, grazing table! This dessert was for a combination graduation party with one graduate going to Miami of Ohio and one going to Tennessee, so we had to marry the orange and the red of it all! This was such a lovely graduation party and congrats to the graduates!

A fun little Brunch Board we made today to chase away the Monday Blah’s!!! This board includes an assortment of fresh fruit, blueberry cheddar cheese, prosciutto, cherry crumble bars, regular and chocolate croissants, strawberry mini muffins, and the flower chocolate mousse cakes are so yummy!!

Hey guys! We are so excited to announce our SUMMER SOIREE!! We will be hosting a charcuterie class on Tuesday, June 11 at The Lakeside here in Syracuse.
We will have many wonderful vendors for you to come shop! Shop the Mac will have their mobile truck! .the.mac
Dynamic Floral will have a great choice of flowers for a make your own bouquet with a flower bar!
Elysian Boutique will be there with a make your own Trucker Hat Bar and clothing!
From Juniper with Love with their amazing charm bar and necklaces!
For the Charcuterie Class it will be $95 per person and you’ll learn to make your own small 12 inch charcuterie board. You will also be provided with a charcuterie cup to snack on while you’re making your board.
The Lakeside will have all of their delicious cocktails available for purchase!

A few more boards we made today and got the pleasure of delivering to some amazing teachers! These teacher appreciation boards are really fun for us to make. We made these two boards today the same but also different! We wanted to give the teachers the availability to try as many cheeses and meets as they could.

A few of our orders from the past few days. We had a customer ask to do a special project for them. These containers were provided for us to make a special lunch for teachers appreciation week. The containers had our charcuterie salad, dressing, and a piece of rosemary focaccia bread. A croissant sandwich was also provided and a sweet treat cup.
Our Cobb Salad is our most popular salad board! I sometimes feel that customers order it much because they love our homemade croutons that come with it are so yummy!!!
Our Small Charcuterie Board was the perfect pairing to accompany the Cobb salad for a birthday lunch! Watermelon radishes are our favorite! Not only are they beautiful, but they taste amazing too! Especially with a smear of herb cheese on them!
A bridal shower grays that we put together this weekend for one of our repeat clients. The theme and colors for this bridal shower were soft, blues and lavender and we had so much fun putting together a flower arrangement to match the theme. We also tried something new this weekend with our plain goat cheese studded with fresh pansies. We always love to do a watermelon radish rose. Not only are they beautiful, but they taste amazing as well. And of course, you can never go wrong with all of the amazing pastries from Brew City!! Congratulations to the happy couple! 🥂
