This was a few weekends ago at Laura’s baby shower.

Welcome to the world baby Hicks!

We had so much fun decorating for the event because we were able to use a lot of our own inventory to make it cheery and bright for spring.

The circle arch always adds a fun backdrop for showers, weddings and more, and can even be used with balloons!

Baby in Bloom! 🌸

Rachel created these decorative wooden boxes with rosy pink roses, cream florals, babies breath, and sparkly gold elements for a baby shower this weekend.

These made the perfect spring centerpiece and would be just wonderful for a wedding, summer party or if there’s a little girl on the way! 🎀

These decorative box centerpieces are available to rent now. (Although they aren’t on the website just yet.) you can also just rent the boxes if you would like to create your own look! 💕

✨Introducing Effortless Espresso Arch! ✨

We have a brand new triangle arch; this one is super unique because it’s the first one we built ourselves!

Rachel’s fiancé and his uncle were kind enough to build this for us, which we were super excited about! Then we stained it the most beautiful espresso color, which is just beautiful.

We really love this one! It’s gorgeous, and is low maintenance as it just hinges at the top, so no set up!

Hi! 👋

It’s been a while since we have re-introduced ourselves and since we have a lot of new followers, what better time than now! ❤️

We are Laura and Rachel; best friends and co-owners of Something Borrowed since 2022. We are still semi-new to the wedding scene, so there’s lots of learning and growing happening all the time, but one thing is for sure; we have such a BLAST working with couples! 😊

We specialize in wedding rentals and focus on: centerpiece items, decor, unique artificial florals, arches, signs and more! 💍

We are based out of gorgeous Flagstaff, but really focus on all of Northern AZ! 🌲

The “Heather Collection” floral is one one of our favorite looks for a centerpiece or sweetheart table!

This look was created by a client of ours Ashley last fall, and the second image was from the Prescott Bridal expo we attended earlier this month.

ATTN: NORTHERN AZ WEDDING VENDORS!

We think it’s time Flagstaff offers a bridal expo again! It not only better serves the couples that live and want to get married in our town, but also helps us vendors make face to face connections with our clients!

Something Borrowed Wedding and Event rentals is going to plan a bridal expo for Spring 2024 (date TBD).

We are in the very BASIC planning stages at this juncture and we are realizing we could maybe use some help!

If you have any interest in sharing ideas with us in the planning process, would like to help us set up day of, or simply just want to attend the event once it’s planned, we are interested in hearing from you!

Seeking vendors that serve weddings or events in any capacity including but not limited to: DJ’s, makeup/hair, coordinators, wedding venues, florals, wedding rental companies, photographers, food trucks/caterers/bakers, decorations, photo booths, and anything else in between!

What ideas do you have? Any venues you think would be awesome for an event? What did you like/dislike about other bridal events you have attended? Let’s chat!

This is a wonderful chance for brides to meet with local wedding vendors and to view the gorgeous grounds of the winery. Also, attendance is free for brides!
