✨ How did you meet?

“Like every couple loves to admit, Keenan and I met online ;) He was living in Texas at the time, but had plans of moving to OKC. We connected over many things, but especially our love for the Lord and our families. I thought he was so handsome! After our first date, we were both infatuated and pretty sure this was it!”

✨ Who said “I love you” first?

“Keenan said ‘I love you’ first and mine followed a couple months later, which he doesn’t let me live down :)”

✨ How did he propose?

“He proposed at Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Keenan got down on one knee at sunrise on the beach and I had no idea it was coming! It was the sweetest moment and one we will never forget!”

When we created Hold The Phone OKC, I wanted to find a way to capture the voices of our loved ones at our wedding without spending an arm and a leg.

Every anniversary, we listen back to our messages from little nieces and nephews, lifelong friends, and soon-to-be family. It's one of our most precious memories on our wedding day.

And in the process of creating something that we truly just wanted to enjoy for ourselves, we realized how special this could be for others.

For the soon-to-be mom listening to her loved ones speak wishes over her daughter at their baby shower.

For the bride and groom who want to be able to remember the wise words from their grandparents who have been married for 50 years.

For the high school grad who wants to look back on all of the memories shared at their graduation party.

Regardless of the occasion, capturing memories is what sparked our company and it's what we'll continue to do years down the road.

It all started at the back of a jam-packed antique store in the heart of Bethany, Oklahoma.

When we were planning our wedding, one of our favorite mini-dates was to go antique shopping around town.

As we rounded the corner into a tiny little booth, Josh spotted the perfect rotary phone.

Our wedding colors were sage green and ivory and this phone completely fit our vision!

Before I knew it, Josh had an audio guestbook ready for us to use at our wedding and Hold The Phone was born.

Who knew it would all start at the back of that antique store?

So, here’s to the phone that started it all and the antique store that made it happen. 🥂
