Fished a fun little derby yesterday with Mike Green and some other buddies and we managed to take the W with a big bag of smallies! The fall feedbag is on !

Our 2nd year fishing the BaitFuel Fishing Tour TIO did not go as planned. We put in the effort and just focused on the wrong depth zone and didn’t execute properly at all. Too many lost fish. We were in the right areas, and even shared water with the eventual winners, we just didn’t dial it in enough. This was a huge learning experience to say the least and we will be back next year with our sights focused on making day 3 and really making a push towards the top 10. We were so close, yet so far this year. It truly is humbling.

Lake Ontario is showing out down here in Kingston, Ontario for the BaitFuel TIO. We didn’t execute yesterday and dropped a couple key fish that would have really boosted us up. We need a big bag today to make the cut. Gonna make a long run out onto the lake to try and get that done!

We are switching gears and unloading all the largemouth stuff and loading the boat with smallmouth gear for the the TIO next week on Lake Ontario. Can’t wait to go catch some big smallmouth bass!

First stop of the Shootout Fishing League tour started on Big Rideau Lake with back to back events from CC's on the Rideau in beautiful Rideau Ferry, Ontario. The Loudon Acheson fishing teams had very consistent finishes both days!!
Day 1:
Matt and Alex had a mixed bag and took 14th with 17.46lbs and Scott and Mason managed to finish 20th and wrangle up 16.92 with a 5.52lb beast!
Day 2:
Matt and Alex took home 9th with another mixed bag and a cheque with 18.28lbs!!
Scott and Mason were very consistent with another 16.90lb bag and landed them another top 20 finish!!!
Great way to start the tour and we are all looking forward to next weekend on Dog Lake!

What a weekend for the Loudon Acheson Fishing Teams!! On Saturday at MEGABUCKS won the first house to cash a first place . Then and weighed in a 4.84lb largie to cash a cheque later on in the day. Huge weights that hour 😂.
In the BAA event on White Lake and managed to grab the WIN with 16.43!!! Way to go fellas!
Sunday wrapped up opening weekend with Matt and Scott finishing 6th with 17.01lbs on Mississippi and Mason coming in 10th with 16.59!
What a weekend for the lads! Hell of a way to start the year! 🔥

Notice: Many Teams are still continuing to not register properly. NO TEAM will be given spots until proper registration protocols has been followed! Procedures have always been. Fill out a registration and waiver form online (or printable), and send in with either full payment($250 fully refundable). OR by using a membership card (both anglers of a team must have by opening day to use this method) and send along a etransfer/cheque/cash non refundable or transferable deposit of $20 ONLY per event you wish to fish. Balance ($230 payable by CreditCard online, etransfer/cheque/cash) MUST be submitted by the deadline of each event (Thursdays at Midnight). does not have the time to chase anglers this season, and if proper procedures are not followed, teams will NOT be allowed to compete. As most of you know, 2024 will be a very difficult season for us, so PLEASE help us and do your part by being prepared.
