What a great but busy weekend. We helped Orange High School Wrestling Team raise money by selling BBQ plates. Then we entered a bbq contest at Lonerider Brewery today and took the win!!!! That makes us undefeated!!!

Get your hands on premium smoked BBQ! I’m offering whole, perfectly smoked whole briskets at $15 per pound (raw weight), whole pork butts for $40 or pulled for $60, and tender ribs at $35 for a full rack or $25 for a half rack.

All BBQ is served in Aluminum pans with lids, ready to go.

50% due at the time of order and remaining balance due at pickup. Forms of payment , CASH, VENMO, or CASH APP.
2-3 day notice needed.

Made some White Chili today. Smoked a whole chicken from my great friends at CopperLine Farm and Goods, and seasoned it with some Smokin’ O’s Poultry Rub, then I combined all the ingredients in my Dutch oven and put on the smoker for 3 hours. It turned out amazing.

So, this weekend I competed in my first BBQ Competition, and I brought home the win. The competition was for the HYAA here in Hillsborough, NC. Chad Dunn did an amazing job organizing and running his first of what I feel like will be many competitions!!!
I want to think Heather for sticking by my side and helping me, I couldn’t have done it without her!!! Also couldn’t have produced the winning bbq without the Gravity feed 980 and The Good Charcoal. Together these 2 made some of the best bbq I’ve ever smoked!!!!
