Animal Magic is an event produced by a collective of artists. Most have agreed to gift their time for the next event, but some costs can't be avoided. And for our next event - Animal Magic, as we did for our first event, the Cirque de Nuit organisers will be donating all profits after expenses and future working capital, to a charity.

PROFIT DONATION

Cirque de Nuit on 20 May 2023 is a not-for-profit event promoting musicians from First Nations communities. All proceeds from ticket sales go to 'Grow The Music' (https://www.growthemusic.org) and support the Docker River Band to finish their first album to reach mainstream Australia with their music and share their story.

DOCKER RIVER BAND are one of the biggest band in the central desert, honing their dynamic desert reggae musical style for years, a fresh sound often found in the Central Desert region of Australia. DRB play original songs and sing in Pitjantjatjara language, they are a tight band and combine dreamy vocals with impressive keyboard riffs and solid bass and drums.
