Sarah is forever a part of the Simply Jane journey. She was so supportive and encouraging along the way and truly took a chance on me cooking at her shop. She was such an amazing gift to our family and I know many would say the same.

It was a full and exciting summer but we’re excited to get back into our lunch schedule!

Starting next week, Tuesday August 27 we’ll be serving lunch from the trailer at our usual spot behind the habitat building at 602 walnut st I’m Columbus.

Lunch will be tues - wed - thur from 11-1:30. Menu will look similar but we may sneak in a new item here and there! Excited to see everyone again soon.

We had lots of fun in April!

Between lunches, catering events, country market and enjoying time together….it was FULL!

We continue to be so appreciative of each and every customer & supporter!

Just a reminder…we’re pausing out weekly lunches through the summer but will be back after summer.

In the meantime, if you feel so inclined, we’d love for your support in the form of a google review. Through the month of May anyone that leaves a google review will be entered into a little giveaway of some merch and favorite snacks!! (Simply Jane shirt,hat,pesto, chimichurri)

April is here! And April marks 1 year of having the simply jane trailer! Sounds like reason to celebrate. 🎉 So we’re going to do some favorites for lunch specials all month long! The regular menu is also still available:)

This week(4/2-4) - Salmon tacos with mango salsa
Next week(4/9&11)(closed Wednesday) - pimento pesto grilled cheese
(4/16-18) - watermelon shrimp salad
(4/23-25) - Gochujang crispy chicken boa buns

thanks to everyone that has supported in all the different ways…we’re very thankful for each of you. Make sure you come grab a lunch in the month of April…because April 25th will be our last day of lunches until the fall!

Tuesday! Tomorrow! Is our only open day this week for lunches! Come say hi to these cute helpers!

both come with a side of greens

Also if you preordered a thanksgiving bundle it will be ready to pick up at the trailer from 10-1ish Tuesday.

We hope everyone enjoys their week with family & friends.

We’ll be set up at Whistling Duck Friday at 12 for all their festivities for the day! And we plan to be at the market Saturday in downtown Columbus serving up breakfast & barbacoa tacos.

October marked 2 years that I’ve been on this catering journey! I’m very thankful for all the customers and people I’ve encountered and met along the way..y’all have been so kind. 2 years in and this small business continues to grow. Cheers!!

October also has been extremely full and busy…so taking this week to regroup and catch up!

Closed for lunches/breakfast this week! We’ll be back to our normal schedule next week.
