Meet Executive Chef Nila 👩🏽🍳
From a small town in Arkansas, to founding True Variety Catering & Hospitality in Dallas, TX, Chef Nila’s journey has been one of passion, perseverance, and purpose.
With a degree in Agriculture and experience as a USDA intern, she honed her skills in food handling and regulation. Over the last five years, she expanded her expertise by inspecting salsa, pasta sauce, fresh produce, and flour for different food service companies.
Five years ago, Chef Nila moved to San Antonio, TX, with dreams of attending the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. Though tuition costs redirected her plans, her determination to serve others through food never faded.
In 2022, after relocating to Dallas with her husband, Chef Nila brought her vision to life by creating True Variety Catering & Hospitality. A business built from scratch with heart, skill, and dedication. Now fully licensed and insured, Chef Nila is ready to bring exceptional culinary experiences to your table.
