I would usually clip this down to just the lift, but there was a lot that was running through my head today that brought this lift up. Failure, heartbreak, hunger, fear anger hate suffering (iykyk). 130kg deadlift which if you read in lbs is rougly 280lbs. Slowly creeping my way to lifting off that 300lbs.
Everyday i feel stronger than the day before that. #outworkeveryone

Bent over rows for back day! After my injury is over this a movement a plan to massively improve on mainly in strength and form.
Being a referee has its perks, for instance i got the chance to call a match down the middle from one of the greatest to walk the earth the one and only fearless flatliner!
However as you will see below if you do official a match… wear a belt or this may happen!
