Known for her grace and fluidity, Khrystia is a master of Belly Dancing, Hula & Acrobatics and has performed on the floors of dozens of venues across the states in over 1800 shows. She has performed with and/or opened for Pitbull, Bret Michaels, Gretchen Wilson, John Rzeznik of the Goo Goo Dolls, The Jacksons and the Peacemakers to name a few.

Slam Jam Presents: Shawn Eric - a Strolling Magician.

Israelis are always late, but this time – latecomers may miss the fun because at 7:30PM sharp while doors open, you will be greeted with an amazing entertainer who’ll perform street & strolling magic, right next to your table & seat.

Shawn Eric is an experienced entertainer who will make you awe and laugh without even getting on stage. He’ll use cards, coins and pretty much any other thing you may see on the bar to make you wonder how he did that trick.

Slam Jam Presents: Tal & Karla Gafni - The Salsa Couple

They met 13 years ago in a salsa class and to this day Karla still makes rounds around Tal. Among children, family and putting a beautiful smile on people's faces (he is a notorious dentist, she is a makeup artist) they still find time to practice their salsa / bachata skills. During the last Slam Jam, they showed us only a portion of what they can do but this time - it’s an all new level.

She’s a software developer by trade, but also professional singer, mother of two and a co-producer of Slam Jam. She is juggling a lot through her personal life but is never too tired of going back to what she likes doing the most: writing, singing, and creating music.

She wrote a song that aims to deliver a strong sense of girl power and a lot of good vibes to the world. Like in life, at Slam Jam Rotem will deliver it to you in her unique way and with passion, Rotem style.

Slam Jam Presents: Miri Ovadia Wexler

She is an all-around energy bomb and can dance for hours on hours. with or without music, with or without a dancing partner. Doesn’t matter. Dancing is like breathing to Miri. You do it - or you are dead.

Even if you know Miri there are some things about her that may come as a surprise to you. She is a biker and have a long history of riding heavy bikes: Harleys, Kawasakis, you name it – she rode it. she is married to a successful jeweler and has four amazing kiddos. She loves to travel the world and create new memories all over the world, but she quickly tends to forget them, because she’s a bit hyperactive and all-over-the-place-all-the-time.

Slam Jam Presents: Dr. Kristie Janczyk w/ a piano piece by Nachum Erlich

We are proud to announce a real world-class performer at Slam Jam. Known for passionate performances with impeccable acuity for color, textural balance and keen attention to detail, Dr. Kristie Janczyk is one of today's young prolific American pianists. Playing since the age of three, Kristie is sought after around the world as a soloist, chamber musician and accompanist. She is consistently praised for her inspiration and flair by communicating the energy and musical impulses in the pieces, as well as for presenting programs full of confidence and passion that underscore her love for the piano.

A prizewinner of major competitions throughout the world, Kristie made her debut at Weill Recital Hall in Carnegie Hall as being named a first prizewinner (twice) in the American Protégé International Competition. As a soloist, Dr. Janczyk has appeared with orchestras and festivals all over the world, performing for royalty such as Prince Edard of England and the President of Latvia. She currently resides in Phoenix, AZ with her "dog child" Doberman Blaze. Dr. Janczyk is pianist for Prescott Chorale, one of the pianists with Phoenix Symphony, teaching privately both piano and violin, former piano faculty member of Napa Valley College and Artist in Residence at Lincoln Theater in Yountville, CA.

Slam Jam Presents: The Maimons

Meet Eti & Erez Maimon. Power couple in life, but now also a mega couple - on stage.

Eti is A Glorious Financial Analyst during the day and a hopeful retiree during the night. You can always spot her by the beautiful smile on her face and the constant halo that surrounds her. and well, often also by the glass of wine in her hand. she always thinks overly positive but luckily has Erez by her side to bring her back to earth. safe, sound, and balanced.

Erez is a quiet dude and not many know that he was also the birth giver of his own daughter (true story). He is also a talented piano protégé although he is too shy to admit it and show it to the world. Just ask him to play “Falling in Love” by Elvis, and you will see (and hear) for yourself.

Together, they make a perfect couple and what a better combination exists to present an act about relationship rather than The Maimons? at Slam Jam, Eti will deliver a comic monologue “From the mind of a desperate housewife” which was originally written by Israel’s most infamous author, Hanoch Levin, but was taken to the next level by Eti. the act highlights the parts of relationship that you can all relate to in a funny, true to life kind of way. With Eti’s performance and Erez’s support role as Mr. & Mrs. Schwartz… be prepare to lough hard and LOL harder, because it’s going to be a hit.

Slam Jam Presents: Shimi (ShimSham) Kalifi.

You may know Shimi, but you never knew what made him what he is and there’s a genuine & funny story to explain it all. At Slam Jam, Shimi will open up like never before and deliver a self-reflected monologue that will make you rethink everything about him.

Some things you should know in advance: Shimi is a people person and he loves a good drink. with the people, for the people, by the people – it all goes. Shimi doesn’t always drink beer, but when he does – he drinks Whiskey. He apparently has a kink for wearing stolen Bowling shoes and other people’s flowery shirts (true story).

He is notorious for being the legendary host of previous Slam Jams, but this time he’ll surprise you with another, softer side of him you never knew existed. so you think you knew Shimi? Think again.

"Ereztov"... this is how Erez starts any conversation. A joke immediately follows. He's a dad to two crazy boys that love to be the center of attention just like him. He's a music specialist at a preschool and his popularity among the kids has led to him being the most popular babysitter in Arizona! By the way...he still has two
Saturdays available in April 2023".

Erez is going to be performing a song written by the musician who came up with "Ereztov", Erez’s slogan, Yirmi Kaplan. The name of the song is "She Is the One".

Dear Community,

In light of the recent Covid surge and with so many community members and performers being sick, we have decided to postpone the date for our Slam Jam event to March 10th 2022.

It wasn't an easy decision and we made it after carefully evaluating the situation. We hope that the new date will give us the time to be beyond the current surge, and now we have another month to plan and make this event even greater! We hope to see everyone in the event happy and healthy.

For those who already purchased a ticket, we will issue a new ticket for the new date. For those who cannot make it, we will offer a full refund.
