Held at Tawang, Day 1 and 2 of the convention commenced with a warm welcome for the delegates, featuring an impressive lion dance performance that set an energetic tone for the proceedings. The day's events also included the flag-off ceremony of the biking group known as the "Redland Brothers," who were embarking on an expedition to Zemithang. This exciting start was followed by the ceremonial lighting of a lamp to mark the official beginning of the event.
The event proper began with a message conveyed on behalf of the Chief Minister's office, emphasizing the importance of the occasion. This was followed by a message from the Director of Industries NEC Shillong, who likely highlighted the economic and developmental aspects related to the event and its themes.
The itinerary continued with seminars and presentations delivered by members of the Tour Operators' Association. These talks likely focused on discussing the potential for reinventing and discovering previously untapped opportunities in the northeastern region of India. This might have included discussions on tourism, business, cultural exchange, and more, all with the goal of exploring and harnessing the region's latent potential.
The convention wrapped up with an address delivered by the chief guest Smti Keduiso Metha, who was the Director of Tourism from Nagaland.
