Had the privilege of managing the 134th Annual General Meeting of ABITA at Thakurbari Planters Club, an event witnessed by over 70 garden officials from across Assam. Our team transformed an open field into an elegant cocktail party venue and revamped the antique banquet hall into a well-equipped conference space.

Additionally, we curated a seamless catering experience, serving:

1. English high tea for 20 officials
2. Continental lunch for 30 officials
3. A grand cocktail party with dinner for 300 guests, featuring a lavish spread of over 30 exquisite dishes.

It was an incredible experience bringing this prestigious event to life!
