Here’s a bit more about Bea! 👇🏼

“Hi there! I’m our team’s Event Designer.
In 2022, I left a decade-long corporate career in pursuit of something more creative and fulfilling. Now, I get to spend my days with the fun things like floral, event rentals, and stationery. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll wear my FANG experience as a badge of honor until I die, but as a hopeless romantic, I wanted to be surrounded by love stories and seeing them culminate for the day.

I feel most at home during the event set-up. This is when I get to see countless hours of work and planning come to fruition, and it makes my heart race, in the best way, every single time.

These are the details I love getting lost in. They’re typically the ones that no one notices, but when done right that’s how it should go; unnoticed, but subconsciously impactful.

Can’t wait to meet you and gush over how to bring the vision of your big day to life!

First look at our annual company meeting, this year in Spain! ✨🖤 I’m extremely proud to have these women on my team, and not only because they plan and design BADASS destination weddings…but because they are fundamentally kind, empowering and vibrant women who lead with integrity.

They help our clients navigate the unknowns of planning a destination wedding and create a sacred space of inclusion, understanding and hype girl energy through it all.

It’s just a bonus that we know how to tear it up over a few bottles of wine together. 😉

A Persian-American wedding in Italy✨ Guests flew from Iran and the US to meet in this gorgeous place for an incredibly unique and immersive experience that blended both of their cultures.

We loved the challenge of figuring out how to execute a traditional Persian sofreh table abroad. The ceremony table has spices, candelabras, a mirror, and lots of other very meaningful (and fragile 😂) items. Not to mention the table itself is low and wide, and no one in the entire country of Italy (after months of searching) could bring or build anything like it.

So we did! .quach designed a blueprint for the table, ordered the materials from the local hardware store, I flew with a box of nails in my bag 😅 and our fantastic floral partner assisted in the delivery of the wood to the venue. Then and I carried the wood up and down 150 steps and she hammered the morning away.

The mirror we ordered ended up not looking right, so in another feat of creative problem solving, we took the mirror off the wall of our Airbnb and carried it to the venue. 😂 (I put it back without a scratch, don’t worry Giovanni lol)

After the ceremony, guests cooled off with a signature limoncello spritz cocktail then grabbed their es**rt card that was being held down by a locally made ceramic shot glass full of, you guessed it, more limoncello. 😉🍋

After a beautiful morning of lots of love and laughter, S&T shared a first look and private vows before the ceremony. ✨

I was on water, fan, shade and snack duty while set up the ceremony (more to come of that!)

The ✨days before✨ done right 🤌🏼🥂

S&T maximized their multi-day Positano wedding experience with a yacht charter and a pizza and gelato welcome dinner by the pool 🤤 I know you want to know the gelato flavors they chose: Salty Caramel, Pistachio and Profumi Di Sorrento 🍋🤌🏼

The perfect set up to gather their closest people ahead of the big day!

First glimpse at L&A’s Portugal wedding weekend! Can you believe what you’re seeing is a back-up rain plan?!

We fought the weather ALL day – a constant switching of bouts of sunshine and torrential downpour. This vendor team was incredible – they stayed nimble and were soooooooo willing to help us preserve L&A’s original vision whatever it took. We threw away the original ceremony rain plan indoors, improvised last minute and re-set the chuppah under this covered archway so L&A could still get married outside. was on her hands and knees drying the floor before guest arrival. 😂 It was almost chaos, but such a thrill. We are eternally grateful to our local vendor partners for making it happen. We owe you a drink, or many. LOL. 🍷🍷🍷

Dinner inside the historic dining room did not disappoint. Peep our little sheep details – a nod to our bride’s infatuation with them. 🐑

The rain cleared later in the night, so what was supposed to be their dinner courtyard became a magical transition to their first dance and cake cutting under a blanket of twinkle lights. Zoom in to the cake for more sheep – painted to replicate an authentic Portuguese tile of a pastoral scene! We topped off the evening with a sparkly fire curtain for that WOW factor.

There are so many more details to share – stay tuned. We can’t wait to be back in Portugal again soon!

We couldn’t have ordered better New England weather for A&S 😉 In between our global adventures, we LIVE for these coastal gems that are right in our own backyard (literally 2 minutes from our RI HQ!).

A&S’s day was surreal – from the weather, the vendors and hanging with the NICEST friends and family, we had a blast. And mid-way through, after a little outfit change, I got to pass the baton off to the team and become a guest and enjoy all the hard work.

Best part was dancing with our team and our fabulous bride to our KNE anthem, Dancing Queen. And who could forget the headliner (our favorite band!) Mystique!!! What. A. Party.

I’ll never forget Abbi closing the night on the mic singing Mr. Brightside. Just iconic. 🤌🏼

Happy 1st anniversary ya crazy kids 🖤 we miss you!!!

We absolutely adored working with J&J and the amazing local vendors in Montreal to put together this chic and modern wedding at the heart of an amazing city. On Canada Day no less! 🎆🎇

This is a night we will remember FOREVER. 🥹🖤🥂 especially walking through the city with flower boxes at 1am and subsequently ending up on the floor in a pile of rental pillows at 2am 😂 Between all that J&J and their incredible friends and family were the cherry on top of an amazing weekend.

We have a lil soft spot for Santorini at KNE 🥹

When A&A came to us with a dream of getting married in Santorini, we were already fired up. When they mentioned they might be interested in Rocabella – our hearts practically burst. Almost 4 years ago Jake and I got married at Rocabella. How LUCKY were we to have the opportunity to go back and make another couple’s dreams come true there. Naturally, we decided to bring Jake as our KNE assistant.

Some people warned me it might be weird. And I totally get it – going back to your magical wedding spot where you last were treated like king and queen to now being a vendor could burst your bubble quickly. I oddly wasn’t worried.

When we arrived back at Rocabella, we were welcomed with loving arms by the vendors who made our dreams come true in 2019. It felt like a family reunion. Plus planning with them for the year leading up to the wedding was as smooth as butter. We had so much fun on the vendor side of things running the timeline, hanging with the staff and enjoying arguably the best sunset in the world over a 4 course vendor meal.

Best part, Jake and I got to MAKE a wedding happen together in our special spot. It was satisfying to pass on that once in a lifetime blessing of a Santorini wedding to A&A.

We didn’t mind staying an extra day for a sunset catamaran ride either. 👀

Our destination wedding in Greece is the reason KNE exists today. We’re in the business of replicating the absolute bliss we felt being surrounded by our closest people in a really cool place, really far away. What a treat to go back to where it all started. 🖤

This felt just as magical as it looks. 🥹H&R’s wedding was one of those pinch me moments for all of us – we were living our best Lizzie McGuire Italian fever dream.

Haley and Ryan are warm and gracious, and some of the most relaxed and grateful people I’ve seen on a wedding day. I’ll never forget when Haley saw her reception and shouted “did I pay enough for this?!”

It’s clear where they get it from, their family welcomed the KNE team in with loving arms. I’ll never forget gossiping on the bed with them while Haley got her hair done. 😂

Many times throughout the week, I found myself wondering how we got so lucky.

Planning destination weddings is 1 part logistics, 1 part design and 3 parts heart and soul. When we are met with inspired, adventurous, kind and untraditional people, that’s when the magic happens. ✨✨✨

The memories Haley and Ryan have of their wedding are some of my favorite memories as a wedding planner. So naturally, we’re connected for life.

For us, that is what is what dreams are made of.

A year later, it’s still hard to accept the end of planning Melanie and Noelle’s wedding. They are infectious, supportive, vibrant and fun people. Best of all, they bring those qualities out in everyone around them – in their guests, wedding party and their (nearly) all female vendor team. 😉 Now THAT was fun.

Our faces hurt from smiling and shout-singing with them throughout the weekend. Needless to say, we had the time of our lives at their wedding and we are so grateful to them for making this job look like…well not a job at all.

We are your biggest fans and ! Thank you for showing us the highest capacity of love one can have for their wedding planner, and also what a $115 McDonald’s order looks like. 🍟

Rounding out the KNE team intros, we have Niara! Our fantastic planner. 🖤

Niara is the engine that moves all of our clients’ weddings forward. We seriously could not do what we do without her.

She joined our team over 2 years ago through pure determination (I.e. she basically gave Kay no choice BUT to hire her). 😂

When it comes to Niara, no one on planet earth is better at sourcing obscure, and specific vendors that are perfect for our clients’ needs. She has sourced and vetted hundreds of the coolest venues and vendors across the globe with PI-like persistence and curiosity.

We love Niara for the way that she is humble, hungry and gritty and will stop at nothing to make sure our couples have the best day ever, while having a good time along the way. 🥂

Bea joined our team last year and has been the cherry on top of our planning process ever since.

It takes a special eye to conceive a cohesive design that ties in the beauty of your venue and your destination, all from KNE’s midwestern HQ.

Using some seriously fine-tuned spacial awareness, Bea can imagine herself standing in your venue - taking inspiration from where the sunsets, how it illuminates the architecture of your venue and how to enhance the ooey gooey magic you and your guests will feel during the day.

We knew this would be a great wedding the second I iced the groom after the rehearsal dinner. 🤫🧊🍻

All it takes to have THE BEST vibes are great people, great drinks and great lighting IMO😉

When budgeting for your wedding, split your budget into two categories: the “Sparks Joy” category and the “Eh🤷🏼” category.

When searching for vendors in your Sparks Joy category, give yourself the flexibility to spend a bit more for the A team. And when hiring vendors for your Eh category, make sacrifices for less premium options.

These days, spending a premium on EVERY traditional wedding vendor will make it very difficult to come in under $100k. Unless of course you lower your guest count like S&T did (🤩24 guests!) to stretch your dollar further.

By breaking apart the “traditional” wedding budget template into these two categories, you are releasing yourself from the antiquated idea that you “MUST” spend money in these traditional percentages.

Focus and invest on what sparks joy for you, and I promise you won’t have any wedding regrets. 🤗

Crystals…at your wedding? Say less.

Planning A&V’s Joshua Tree high desert wedding was so fricken cool. A&V wanted their guests to feel that special energy the high desert just oozes. There were several touches added to make the experience unforgettable, but my favorite was the healing crystals (you know I’m a bra crystals girly 💁‍♀️).

Healing crystals are colorful natural stones that each carry a different metaphysical meaning. Upon arrival to A&V’s wedding, guests were greeted by a crystal table. On it were rose quartz, red jasper, amethyst and turquoise. We asked guests to take a crystal for the ceremony.

“But I don’t know what they mean, how do I know which to take?” “Exactly!” we said, “take the crystal that calls to you.” They made their choices and found their seat along the edge of a giant labyrinth.

And then commenced the most dramatic aisle entrance of all time: A&V entered the labyrinth from opposite sides and walked until simultaneously meeting in the middle (we practiced…a lot). I’m positive there were divine factors at play that day, because the heavens opened to a bright pink sunset, a warm breeze blew the chimes and everyone had either tears or chills. I had both, while watching from the side like an over invested dance mom.

During the ceremony, our officiant asked the guests to hold the crystal they selected when they arrived. The meaning of each crystal was revealed one by one. I loved watching them get all sappy when they felt a connection to the one they had chosen.

A&V vibrate such beautiful energy. The crystal experience was a small example of how they move through life making others feel seen, special and touched. It was so THEM.

I still have my rose quartz next to my bed, the stone of love, that makes me think of A&V and the wonderful memories we got to make together in the high desert.

The energy on site this day was so vibrant thanks to the amazing local vendor team tagged above! Can you believe even our DJ was named Crystal? Is that a sign?!

An intimate wedding with a party later – is it for you?

N&B exchanged vows on a snowy October afternoon with 14 friends and family in the historic Providence City Hall. They gave a whole new meaning to a city hall wedding by adding intentional touches that made it SO special.✨

Even though they had a big reception with dinner and dancing booked for further down the road, they were determined to make this intimate day just as special as any wedding would be, while also working within budget.

Some of the simple highlights that elevated this City Hall wedding were:

🎻A string trio that played as their guests walked in, during the processional and recessional of the ceremony.

💒Requesting a special room within in city hall with big beautiful windows!

👩‍⚖️Bringing in their own officiant who worked with them ahead of time to personalize the ceremony.

📸Amazing photographers – a photojournalistic married duo who captured the intimacy of this day perfectly. When we woke up and saw the forecast called for snow, they were overjoyed.

❄️Something unique and untraditional - N&B enjoyed the most magical walk from their hotel through Providence on the way to city hall. Something so symbolic and special about that.

🖤Vows that were so touching I cried in the corner 🥲

Any of these little touches will elevate a city hall wedding or elopement.

When the overcast is part of the décor and the mood board’s title is “shades of blood,” you know it’s gonna be good.🖤

Usually we pray for sunshine, but the spooky, foggy goodness that laid itself down on Salem this day was the cherry on top of A&J’s beyond untraditional wedding.

Witch city - there couldn’t have been a better location for the marriage of a goth artist to a tatted musician.

I had a special job at this wedding, playing the role of both wedding planner and best friend. My husband Jake was the officiant. Big weekend for the Northrups. 😅

I fluffed J, gave her a hug and sent her down the aisle. As soon as she was out of my hands, I took a seat on lap in the back. It felt very 27 Dresses. Sarah and I hugged the whole time.

As J floated down the cozy tented aisle, twinkle lights cut through the fog above head. Meanwhile, A could barely hold it together. Jake began reciting the script he had worked on for weeks. What followed was an endless stream of bellowing laughter and tears as Jake took the crowd through the history of J&A’s relationship, with some playful jabs at A (it was basically an iconic roast TBH 😅).

It all ended with a collective “AW” followed by the loudest wedding standing ovation I have EVER heard. There was no doubt in anyone’s mind, these two inspired, supportive, collaborative artists just felt RIGHT together.

Then, the KNE apron came off. Jake signed the marriage license and we handed the reins over to the A team of on-site assistants lead by . Not only did she run the heck out of the day, after finishing a 14+ hour shift, she turned up at the After Party (with boisterous approval from the rest of the wedding guests who had befriended her throughout the weekend)😂

What an iconic day to be a part of as a wedding planner, friend, tear wiper, bartender, dance partner and more. 🖤 Thank you A&J for being such cool and creative people both inside and out.

What if it was ✨destiny✨that postponed your wedding 3 times and changed your venue 2 months out? The universe saying, “I have better plans for you, just wait.”👇🏼

After 3 years of bad luck and multiple postponements, J&J strolled into their wedding weekend as optimistic as you could be. Their new wedding day was July 1, Canada Day, a day most wouldn’t want to get married because of the throngs of tourists flooding the streets and the nightmarish traffic. We turned it into a positive – a summer weekend in a gorg city with a FREE firework show. Their venue was on the pier in Old Port with a view of the fireworks just past le grande roue. We were gonna make a whole thing of it – firework lounge, lanterns, etc.

We were pumped, then we lost the venue 2 months out. The best alternative available on the same date was the Science Center, but alas, likely not within eyesight of the firework show. J&J rolled with it, like they had everything else.

After a beautiful ceremony at Chapelle Notre Dame du Sacré Coeur and delicious dinner by we watched thousands of people gather on the lawn outside. Staring toward our old venue and la grande roue, they waited for the fireworks. J&J looked like royalty over the balcony, waving to their subjects. I plead with the universe – give them a damn show!

Photo extraordinaire positioned J&J as closely as he could to where they *might* catch a glimpse. Then…BOOM…the firework show began, and we saw nothing…before I even knew what was happening, Yanick RAN with J&J through the reception and out the other side of the building, as the hoards of people outside on the lawn turned around and pushed toward the same direction.

The fireworks were coming from a different area, right next to our venue, IN FRONT of J&J 🤯 CHILLS 💀We all (especially the groom 😉) got emotional. It was an epic, once in a lifetime, personal sign from the universe saying – “thanks for your patience, I told you it would be worth it.”

They partied until 2am that night, only leaving the dance floor for poutine. 🍟

That was some karmic destiny for a kind couple. We were lucky to be a part of it. 🖤
