Time for another addition of a series written by our very own brides after their wedding day to our future brides.

We invited Brooke our May 4, 2024 bride to share what being a Perfectly Planned By Amy bride is like, and this is what she said:

Amy’s calm spirit continually reassured and guided us throughout our planning journey.
We felt her genuine care every step of the way. Even during stressful moments, her expertise and insight shone through in every aspect of her work. She and her whole team are truly impressive!
Amy really took the time to get to know my husband and me, understand what was important to us, and share her extensive knowledge of the industry. All of our meetings were structured and organized, down to the most minute detail. We always left feeling at ease, knowing that our wedding day would be nothing short of perfect. Amy managed everything logistically with such grace and efficiency.

A little gratitude this Monday! I am truly thankful for…..

Running Perfectly Planned by Amy truly feels like a dream and I get to do it with the one standing beside me my beautiful daughter Adyson. I love that I get to organize & orchestrate each of our couples dream days with her!

I have a amazing team of ladies Danielle, Madison, Brittany, Dakota, Shelby and Sarah that are the most talented and dedicated coordinators you will find. Literally making magic happen and going the extra mile to make sure our couples have the their perfect day.

This month it’s officially our fifth year in business and wow what a phenomenal journey it’s been so far with team growth, new add on packages and so much more to
come! New exciting changes coming!

We just wrapped up our last 2024 spring/ summer season and it was a full and fun season with some of the most amazing brides!

We have a busy fall/winter season with some beautiful weddings planned. We can’t wait to bring their vision to life.

One of the most unique and heartwarming moments during one of our couples ceremony we’ve had this year: a peanut butter and jelly sandwich unity during the ceremony. Yes you read that right, a Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich Unity.

You have the guy and the girl, the peanut butter and the jelly. You begin on separate pieces of bread-separate lives. One without the other - plain slices of bread- one with a little peanut butter, the other with a little jelly. They’re okay alone, but not great, not complete! Together, you have something in your hands that is complete! It’s more than the sum of its parts. It is not just the sandwich you’ve made. It’s the life you’re making. The married couple you’re becoming.

You can’t separate the peanut butter from the jelly or vice versa once the two pieces of bread are joined. The two become one, but more than that you become something more than you were.

From this day forward every time Tobey & Chaz make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, the memories of their wedding day will flood back and the promises they made to each other. When life is like jelly and things get sticky, their love is like peanut butter, the glue that holds it all together. After joining their halves into the perfect sandwich, they’ll take a bite to signify the first step toward enjoying their satisfyingly “sweet life” together and that brings them here; a time to pause, look back, and smile at all the moments that brought them here, love for each other, and the life they are making together.

Who knew a simple peanut butter and jelly sandwich could say so much about marriage!

A tip to future brides: highly recommend having some photos snap of you in the daylight with your getaway car. We love the night time getaway car photos but these in the daylight from Claire & Jacob’s wedding day need a permanent spot in your feed! Wouldn’t you agree🙋🏻‍♀️

We invited Riley our July 4 bride to share what being a Perfectly Planned By Amy bride is like, and this is what she said:

“Where do I begin? I would give Amy and her team 100 stars if I could.
From the moment I spoke to Amy, we just clicked. My fiancé and I live on Long Island & fell in love with the Highland Chapel in TN & decided to get married there. I was worried planning my dream wedding day from a far would be too difficult but once I told Amy my vision she assured me she will do whatever it took to make it happen! From my crazy ideas I would bring her to small little details, Amy made me feel comfortable, excited, and heard!
She gave me incredible guidance and reassured me that she was there for me and nothing was too big or too small!! From answering texts at 6am, late night chats and doing everything possible to create the best day me and my now, husband, she really is the best of the best.
After months of planning, we finally got to meet with Amy in person and we were blown away. I could tell she truly cared and it meant a lot to her. She puts her heart into these weddings and we truly feel so blessed we had Amy and her team to help us. She went above and beyond for me. My wedding day was more than I ever dreamt of and I owe that all to Amy and her Team!

This is what Love looks like! Surrounded by loved ones. This was one of many touching moments on Reagan’s wedding day. Just before the ceremony, her bridesmaids, Mother of the Bride and the Mother of the Groom gathered around her and covered her in prayer as she prepared to commit to a lifetime of marriage. Their love for her was evident throughout the day, but in this moment as l listened to their spoken words it was made even more clear. What an incredible moment to witness and be a part of. It is an honor to be a part of so many special moments.

I launched the business back in August of 2019 and now a small and mighty team of us plan, coordinate, design and deliver weddings and events in TN and GA with big plans for the next 5 years and beyond to help better serve our couples!

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a passion for planning and organizing events, and making people around me feel calm & cared for on their special day! I didn’t always know that I would end up a wedding planner, but the minute I fell into the industry, I knew it was for me. Is it an easy job? Not necessarily. A Very Important Update Concerning Your Invitations.

As you prepare to send out your beautiful wedding invitations, wanted to share a friendly reminder regarding postage rates.
It is official, the forever stamp postage rates are increasing on July 14 from .68 to .73cents.
To ensure smooth sailing. I recommend purchasing stamps ahead of Saturday, July 14th. This will help avoid any potential price hikes and ensure your invitations reach their destination without delay.
I am sure with the help of your stationer they could help guide you as to the amount of postage you will need for your beautiful invitations.

Introducing The KILGORE’S Aura and Jacob wedding was one of the sweetest weddings full of love, laughter and pure joy the entire weekend! To witness the love that these two have for each other, their family, friends and for God was such a beautiful thing to be a part of for us. Their wedding weekend began with the usual rehearsal and a casual catered rehearsal dinner but finished their wedding day eve night with a very special moment. Aura and Jacob not only wanted to pledge their love to each other this weekend but they also wanted to pledge their love and commitment to God by beginning their marriage by being baptized. So after all the rehearsal festivities their wedding party and family gathered outside in front of their venue at sunset where we arranged a portable baptism tub for them to be baptized. @laneganfilm did an amazing job capturing their engagement photos downtown in Chattanooga, rehearsal night and their wedding day. Jessica & Todd’s wedding day this past Saturday was right out of a fairytale for so many reasons but the releasing of white doves toward the end of the ceremony was our favorite! White Dove Release in a wedding has a beautiful meaning. Doves symbolize love, peace, happiness and prosperity for the bride and groom.
