More than 80,000 tulips are currently flowering at Arundel Castle - that's 20,000 more than ever before 🌷

The attraction is closed to the public, but this video has been released so the gardeners' planting in the winter months doesn't go to waste.

It looks absolutely stunning!

💜 African Daisy 💜

🇿🇦 🌸- Native to South Africa , petals are coloured with hues of purple resembling kind of metallic paint.

☀️💧- African Daisies likes heat and full sun. They will need watering every 3/4 days for the first two weeks after planting in containers or borders.

🌸🗓- Bloom from April through fall.

🦋 🐝- Attracts butterflies and bees.

⬇️🌺 Flower of the month Poinsettia 🌺⬇️

Poinsettia, commonly known as the Bethlehem star, is most beautiful during flowering ( November-March) . Many people treat it as a seasonal decoration , but it is not an annual plant. When we provide it with the right conditions and treatment , it will be a decoration for year.

Poinsettia care tips:

🌺 🌿 put the poinsettia in a well lighted area away from drafts and heat vents
💦🌺 water your plant when the soil becomes dry to the touch about onece a week
🥀🥀a poinsettia that is wilting is either too hot, too wet or too dry
🐶🐈 poinsettia are mildly toxic to cats and dogs

How do you care for poinsettias after Christmas ?

🎄After Christmas store your plant in a cool , dry place and keep the soil moist until spring
🌿✂️💦 In spring , prune your poinsettia back to 10-15cm high and keep it warm. Your plant should start to grow back and you should begin to water it again.
☀️ 🌿 In summer continue to care for it as you would with any other house plant
🍂 🕛At the end of summer Poinsettias need total darknes for 14 hrs each day, around 4 weeks after you begin this process you should notice your poinsettia’s bracts start to turn red.
➡️🌺 After 8-10 weeks your poinsettia will be ready for display
