Congrats to the award winners you both deserve it. 😍

Our hearts are so full with these amazing community members spreading their kindness all over Palmer 💗 These three are the most recent recipients of our Pioneer and Hero awards from the Greater Palmer Chamber of Commerce.

1. Hero Award- Officer Luke Szipsszky for his heroic dedication to keeping our children safe and providing aid when needed. Thank you for being a voice for our youth!

2. Pioneer Award- Robert Thom for being there for our community and volunteering himself to numerus events around the Valley. You help make Palmer a beautiful place!

3. Pioneer Award (Business)- Erik Christensen - State Farm Insurance Agent for his dedication to our youth, event coordination, volunteering, and of course his Good Neighbor Pizza program!

Thank you to all of our fantastic community members. Palmer is truly the BEST place to be! These awards were well deserved 🥳.

SCAM ALERT for Palmer and surrounding areas. We have seen an increasing number of people report back to us they are being scammed over the phone. This time, they are able to make it appear like the phone call is coming from our business line, and even use one of our real Officer's names. They're wanting money for warrants or for failing to appear for court.

We don't do that.

If you think something is fishy, disconnect with them and call our business line. They can make it look like we're calling, but they can't route your phone calls back to them. You'll be able to speak with our dispatchers. Also, we don't mind saying hello in person, feel free to come to our lobby and speak with us directly.

Pass this information on, so someone you know doesn't get scammed out of money.

Update 1400: Corwin Vent was located by Alaska State Troopers at 1245 pm, hiding in an RV in a wooded area in the Meadow Lakes area. Dozens of Troopers, Investigators, Firefighters, EMS personnel, search dog teams, Mat-Su Borough Emergency Services, volunteer search and rescue teams, MAT+SAR, Anchorage Search Team, Northpaw K9, Alaska Search and Rescue Association, Alaska Incident Management Team, Alaska Solstice Search Dogs, family members, and the Alaska Army National Guard assisted with the search over the last fourteen hours.

Update 9:30am: The Alaska State Troopers request that residents that live in the area of North Gunflint Trail, West Skyview Drive, and Meadow Lakes Drive in Wasilla please check residential or business security camera video from 5/17/23 at 10:00 pm through now for any video or photos showing Corwin. If you have video or photos showing Corwin, please contact the Alaska State Troopers at (907) 352-5401.

The Alaska State Troopers are currently looking for 9-year-old Corwin Vent, who ran away from his home on North Gunflint Trail in Wasilla on May 17, 2023, at around 10:30 pm. Corwin was wearing an orange and black tie-dye NASA sweatshirt, dark-colored Keen sandals, and carrying a camouflage backpack. Ongoing search efforts involving dog teams, ground searchers, and sUAS have been unsuccessful. If you have information about Corwin’s current location, please contact the Alaska State Troopers at (907) 352-5401. Just finished up two cakes today one was all Peach flavored and one was all Vanilla flavored.
Aren't they beautiful and I hope the girls that ordered love them too. 💕😊

We can do single flavor cakes up to 8 different flavors.

Had a great time at the Palmer Chamber luncheon today. We brought Bourbon flavored fairy floss and Chocolate Fudge fairy floss for prizes.
Hopefully the winners enjoy it!

What do you think of this beautiful ombre pink fairy floss cake? One of my favs so far.

Watermelon
Cherry
Pink bubble gum
Hibiscus (all natural)
Strawberries & cream (all natural)
Mango (all natural)

Topped with edible wafer flowers, glitter dust, and sprinkles in a side bag to pour on when ready to serve.

We always double wrap all our cakes even for day of events. Don't want any moisture to ruin your cake.
