Today we had a fruitful and informative discussion about the challenges in Tourism Planning and Development in the midst of pandemic.

Mr. Filbert emphasized that the tourism industry gives a big impact including the improvement of tax revenue and personal income, increased standards of living, and more employment opportunities. In addition to that, when asked what he loves about his job, he mentioned that he fell inlove with the industry because he believe that this is one of the industries that may really realistically attains sustainable development compared with other sectors! ❤️

Today we had a fruitful and informative back to back discussion about self-confidence and customer service! 💖

Ms. Vanny emphasized that even if we feel like we're just kittens, we have to think like lions! She also emphasized that if you dream about something, go get it! Moreover, Ms. Nice highlighted how safety is the new luxury — it's all about going above and beyond in order to provide excellent service. In addition to that, she enlightened us on new traveler types and also shared the 20 soft skills to master in customer service.
