Bake Shop Betty’s will be at The Village at Grand Traverse Commons tomorrow from 10-2 for an Indoor Farmers Market!

I obviously couldn’t leave out my berry lovers!!

I called this one Twilight Sage because it is a beautiful twilight color and you guess it….it has sage!!

We sprinkled blueberries (slightly smashed), blackberries and raspberries with some organic cane sugar and waited for all the wonderful fruit juices to pull from the berries! To make sure we got it all…..I mashed them all together and we pressed the juice out through a sieve. We then added some white balsamic vinegar with the mother and put it to bed for about a month…..grabbed a bunch of organic white sage and let it seep for 3 days which gave it a sort of piney, but not really and sort of peppery, but not really and sort of lemony, but not really that either, but kind of like that sort of flavor. Intriguing isn’t it……😉

We then strained and double strained to make sure we didn’t miss any seeds!!

I was going to add strawberries, but literally everybody does that so I decided against strawberries and I am so glad I did!!

This would be fantastic in any unflavored tonic/seltzer, with bourbon, vodka, gin…..hey it may even work with some coconut rum!!

This is in a 9 oz bottle so 9-18 drinks depending on what you’re doing with it!

I know you’re not suppose to crack seeds yet but I’m guilty!

I have Hibiscus, Purple Moonflower and White Moonflower seeds soaking 🤞🌸

This hibiscus grew one pink petal. Never seen this before!
