Some flap meat that was marinated in lemon juice, red wine vinegar, shallots, garlic, crushed red pepper, sea salt, pepper, fresh cilantro, fresh rosemary, and fresh parsley. Phenomenal!

There is one thing about me that I make sure I do with every order that comes through. That being consistency. When you as the client give me a date and time, I will make sure your meat is on and ready to go when your event starts. Meat that is well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Bringing all the flavor that each dish deserves. This will feed 80 tomorrow by 3pm. Plenty of cook time + the necessary rest time that smoke meat needs. When you take a bite, you know the food is made with love! That's what we strive for!
