Coming next weekend, brisket!!! Get your order in now. We can hand it off as a whole unsliced brisket or we can slice it for you.

Oh, and we have another option. You won’t get this at any local BBQ restaurant (that we know about). We can vaccuum seal it in 1/2 lb packages that fit nicely in your freezer. Buy a few so you can enjoy that smokey, juicy deliciousness anytime you get the craving. Also grab a couple of packages of chopped brisket to make sandwiches or top off a big baked potato. The possibilities are limitless.

Hurry and get your order in before supply runs out!

Yesterday, our Pitmaster, Jesse, had a heart attack. thanks to the speedy response of Hays Co EMS and Seton’s Cath lab, he is expected to make a full recovery. Please keep him in your prayers.

We had a great time at Cowboy Harley yesterday. We will be back again December 17 for their King of the Baggers meet and greet and the men’s shopping event. There will be seminars, lots of vendors, a tattoo artist and lots of really cool bikes. We hope to see you there
