Between 2000 and 2015, Michel established J & M events, hosting different and several occasions for Super Stars Singers coming from Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Egypt and more... Hosting for famous celebrities in the Middle Eastern music industry; to name just few, Ragheb Alama, Fares Karam, Melhem Zein, Nassif Zaytoun, Hussien Deek, Assi Hallani, Haifa Wehbe, Shada Hassoun, Ayman Zbib, Ramy Ayach and more …
In 2012, Michel was a co-founder of Beirut Restaurant in New Jersey; using his experience, the restaurant turned into a hot spot for weekly base parties and special events in the community. Afterward, in 2014 Michel founded Cedars Restaurant in New Jersey completing his touch in the food and music industry.
