We don't ship these Internationally only in the States.
The 198.00 price includes a custom built insulated box, 5 pounds of dry ice, cooking instructions and recipes.
We only ship two-day AIR to northern/western states or two-day ground to southern states.
Box size is 23 X 19 X 9.
The whole alligator is 5-5.5 feet in length and averages 17-21 pounds.
These alligators are FRESH from FLORIDA. They are harvested by us on OUR family farm here in Florida and Vacuum sealed and fresh frozen the same day. They are raised on 56% protein high fat pellets custom blended for us. They are raised in chlorinated tanks to reduce or eliminate any harmful bacteria. Made some gator tonight with this amazing Cajun sauce and some white rice and biscuits.

Tonight we did a WV white tail backstrap. I sautéed some baby Portabella mushrooms, a white onion, fresh parsley and bacon pieces with 2 tablespoons of duck confit then wrapped it in bacon and smoked it at 350° until it reached an internal temp of 155°. Let rest for 10 minutes bon appétit
