Meet the owner! (3/3) 👇🏾

When I decided to work on my bridal veil business full-time, I began working from home 100% of the time. I quickly realized that I needed to put *something* on my bare walls.

After searching for unique art and feeling underwhelmed, I decided to create my own! I started getting requests and feedback from my tribe, so I decided to offer my textile art to my clients!

It’s been fun learning new ways to express what goes on in my head and I’ve housed all of my creations & initiatives under the Love Always by Nia-Emani brand.

So, when you’re browsing through my IG/FB shop or my website, you’ll see everything categorized like this:

Meet the owner! (2/3)👇🏾

Nowadays I spent a large portion of my time designing and creating but for the majority of my life I didn’t think I was creative.

I mean, I definitely drew great pictures in art class and I could sprinkle the hell out of some glitter in my trifold presentations but I thought that just meant I could follow directions.

It wasn’t until I quit my job in finance a few years ago that I began to see how important color, lighting, design, placement, and texture were important to me and influence everything I do.

I’m grateful to be able to explore those elements everyday through my work.

Meet the owner! 👇🏾
I’m Nia-Emani, owner of 🤍

I created my L.A.N.E. 😉 because brides asked me to! I used to manage a couturier when we mostly tailored wedding gowns. A lot of my brides would ask me if we sold veils because they’d either forgotten to buy one or they hadn’t found one they loved.

I decided that creating custom veils was something that I could do, so I did! Some brides would come in with a vintage veil, once worn by the matriarch of their family, asking if I could restore it. So I started doing that too!

Eventually it made sense for me to work with my brides full time to give them the attention they deserve. And thus, Love Always by Nia-Emani was born!
