Amazing appetizer spread for a baby shower today . Awesome space, awesome food, awesome people. Yogurt, berries, granola, and honey parfaits. Charcuterie cups with cheese, salami, pepperoni, olives, pickles, grapes, and crackers. Homemade smoked sweet heat huckleberry BBQ meatballs. Caprese salad cups with balsamic glaze drizzle. Signature veggie pasta salad cups.

First pork ribs of the season. Our own dry rub blend with a buttery peach inferno glaze, topped with green onion and toasted peanuts.

Smoked meatloaf, caramelized onion beer gravy, and roasted carrots. Quick and easy, meatloaf prepared and frozen until day of smoking. Pan gravy made with drippings of the meatloaf and chopped onions.

Weekend Happenings!
Friday: Tasting Room open 3-9:30pm with No Promises concert starting at 6:30pm in our amphitheater. is joining and will be serving great BBQ! You're welcome to bring lawn chairs and blankets.

Saturday: Tasting Room open 1-7pm with music starting at 4pm. In celebration of WA Cider Week we will be previewing our new FieldBlend2020 Cider. So come grab a glass and join us!

Had a wonderful time this weekend catering a family members wedding. Apple bourbon pulled pork sandwiches with Washington apple coleslaw, pickled red onions, and candied Jalapeños. BBQ chicken thighs and legs. Smokey three cheese mac and cheese. Broccoli salad with dried cranberries, bacon, and sunflower seeds. Loaded baked potato salad with cheddar cheese, bacon, and chives. Apple bourbon mild and spicy BBQ sauce. It was a good time and great people!

Who’s been busy? We sure have! With it being so hot it’s always great to do an amazing fresh taco. Pulled pork, and the veggie option in the back. Fresh corn salsa and avocado crema to top it off. Swipe to see before and after pork pictures. As well as a stone fruit salad dessert, fresh whipped cream with marshmallows and coconut, peaches, apricots, plums, and strawberries, layered together.

Peach Habanero BBQ Pulled Pork sliders with caramelized onions. Swipe for the caramelization in progress, it takes time but it’s worth it. These were a hit this weekend and if you want to try some keep your eyes open. Shout out to and their Peach Habanero jam for giving our BBQ sauce sweetness and spice. Also to and for the support.
