It is always a joy to personally give what we have to our beneficiaries.

Earlier today, our group dropped by at AJ Kalinga Center, Tayuman to personally hand our beneficiaries their new hygiene kits, and other necessities from donations!

We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to AJKFI for their sincerest welcome to our group upon our visit earlier today.

We look forward to more collaborative work with you— all for the betterment of our community!

After the initial visitation of 𝕭𝖗𝖎𝖉𝖌𝖊𝖗𝕮𝖔𝖒𝖒 to 𝐀𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧 𝐊𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐜., it has given different and diverse personal effects on each team member.

Looking for a unique gift, trinket, or memorabilia?

Well, 𝗔𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗰. (AJKFI) is offering 𝙆𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙖 𝙆𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙤𝙣. Handcrafted by former street dwellers, this sculpture depicts Jesus sitting on a kariton and receiving bread from a young boy.

It serves as a gentle reminder that, indeed, God is all around us—He can be each person who becomes a blessing to us. This very piece was also given to His Holiness Pope Francis by Fr. Flavie Villanueva in a rare papal audience.

𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐢𝐬𝐚, 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐦, 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠.

Take part in our mission to help the 𝗔𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗰. (AJKFI)!

𝕭𝖗𝖎𝖉𝖌𝖊𝖗𝕮𝖔𝖒𝖒 is arranging a donation drive for the said non-governmental organization that aims to empower the lives of the homeless and the wounded. In-kind donations will be directed to its office, while monetary donations will be used to purchase toiletries for its beneficiaries.

The Arnold Janssen Kalinga Foundation Inc. (AJKFI) believes that it’s able to serve the homeless & the wounded through God’s generosity, as well as through the government & their partners-in-mission.

Specifically, AJKFI is asking for our 5 P’s—Presence, Products, Pesos, Promotion, & Prayers.

With these 5 P’s, the foundation has been able to serve 552,942 dignified meals to an estimated 1,000 individuals daily from March 2020 to June 2022.

It has also provided 21,664 meals & 664 showers from July to December 2022 alone.

Currently, AJFKI continues to address the food, hygiene, & educational needs of street dwellers in Metro Manila. ✨️

Putting the welfare of the people who unfortunately do not have enough resources to do that for themselves is the main priority of Arnold Janssen Kalinga Foundation as they desire to continue to be the beacon of hope for these people.

Hoping to be a beacon of hope for people mostly forgotten by society, they offer free meals & showers to the homeless four times a week through 𝐊-𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐀-𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐈-𝐠𝐨 𝐍𝐆 𝐮𝐦-𝐀-𝐲𝐨𝐬.

Every homeless person goes through the 7 stations:
1) 𝑾𝒆𝒍𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 – AJ KC staff greet them with a smile.
2) 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒇𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 – They are asked some of their personal details & given time to relax while watching inspirational videos & movies;
3) 𝑪𝒍𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 - They receive clothes & toiletries for a shower.
4) 𝑩𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 — Men & women enjoy privacy they never get on the streets in separate shower areas. Kids go with their parents.
5) 𝑮𝒓𝒐𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑨𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 – After grooming themselves, they have a quick coaching session on the Kalinga value for the day with a volunteer or staff on topics like friendship and cleanliness.
6) 𝑴𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑩𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 — Over healthy, homecooked meals, they get to sit a bit & talk.
7) 𝑺𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈-𝑶𝒇𝒇 – Here they read a short message about spreading care & concern to others after their experience at the Center.

Everyone who comes to AJ Kalinga leaves a little bit better.

Quite a few are regulars & come from afar just to drop by.

𝗔𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗰. envisions a community wherein everyone has an equal chance to attain a favorable way of living.

With the aim to serve as a beacon of hope for those in need, the organization continues to provide for the homeless with what they have, and extend opportunities for those deprived of it.

𝕭𝖗𝖎𝖉𝖌𝖊𝖗𝕮𝖔𝖒𝖒 presents 𝐊𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐚: 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐢𝐬𝐚, 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐦, 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠

With the worsening conditions of impoverished communities in the country, a group from BAC 4-1 of 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗼𝗱 𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗮 has partnered with the 𝗔𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗰.

Last January 12, 2023, selected students visited and volunteered in the AJKF’s Tayuman office wherein an outreach program was held. These members also proposed their intention to lead a donation drive for the said non-governmental organization to assist them in supplying more food, hygiene, education, education, and employment to those in need.
