Can I just say what an amazing night was had for the kids prom, everyone throughly enjoyed and I hope will have had a night they will remember forever. The kids who attended last night were respectful and polite throughout the evening a credit to you parents 'apparently it's going to be an annual thing I'm sure I did not agree to this but my arm can always be twisted... amazing night, amazing group of kids and overall thank you to all involved who made this happen and kept the kids safe and happy..

Hi everyone just wanted to say a massive thank you to all children who attended, they were awesome not a moment of trouble and very respectful of us helpers and each other, it was really a wonderful thing to be a part of it and proud of them all . They partied all night into the light and enjoyed every moment …. special memories that they will never have again.
A massive thank you to everyone who helped us pull this off you know who you are and thank you so much to Mr and Mrs Crook who kindly gave the space and opportunity to do this.
ps please can you all ask the kids if they have picked up a bunch of keys by mistake my both car keys and work keys are on there 😭 they were in the staff tent on a camping chair xx
Anyway hope they have a great send off to whatever life holds for them and they have a happy and healthy life ……. and that’s a wrap from me over and out ###x

Morning all got to say y11 after prom party 23 was amazing
The children were absolutely amazing 😻
Myself (charisse) Karl & Leanne was the drivers for the children
They was very respectful and well behaved you parents should be very proud of them as we all are 😍
Myself got home @3:40 and lot of parents got home after 6am so a thank you to all involved xx
And a VERY BIG THANK YOU TO crooks for letting us have the party on their land 🧡🧡🧡

Just getting in.
Few bits of lost property I will post in next day or so.
We are missing a bunch of keys
Also a black drawstring bag that has a speaker in it. It’s my sons jansen.
To witness last night was really special. The year 11 students were absolutely fantastic. They just had an absolute ball. I hope they will treasure this memory forever.
Once I’ve slept we will post the photos and videos.

We’ve just got back from the after party venue/farm
It’s a little chilly in the night
I’d recommend a hoodie and suitable footwear
Also please remember entry to the after party must be made by midnight x

Hi all, regarding journey from drop off point to venue, we have now designated 3 drivers to transport prom goers from drop off point direct to the venue.....As stated prior, please can you drop off prom goers at the drop off point, go past briton ferry rfc, 100 yards on the left will be a 2 safety rep waiting to greet prom goers, prom goers will be then transported to venue, logistically the vehicles will leave and return together to avoid issues in narrow lanes. There will be security at woodland entrance to stop additional vehicles trying to gain access, again this is purely a safety precaution.....3 vehicles are collectively able to transport 28 prom goers at any given time, this may mean that a prom goer may have to wait a maximum of 10 mins to be transprted to the venue. Please be assured that safety is at the forefront of every collective decision made. We aim to make this a lifetime memory for all the prom goers, only with all your help and support can this be achieved, thank you all. Simplistic we know, prom goer will transported from venue back to drop off point, a safety rep will be at drop off point and wait with prom goer until picked up via guardian, mam, dad etc….If a prom goer wants to leave early then the direct above remains the same….

hi guys we are trying our best to get the children up a quicker way …. we have some ideas just bare with us please it’s not been easy trying to organise this and if there is an alternate way of the getting them up to farm we will find it just get the children there and we will work out the best way possible many thanks for your understanding.

Super busy with my own children’s appointments etc today and setting up this evening at the farm.
Plz don’t worry I will post when I get home later for you to call to mine to get the bands. I’m home in the morning until 8.40am
I will probably be up by 6am 🤦‍♀️
Remember sensible footwear and a torch if they have one x

Hi all, regarding access and egress to YBB prom after party. Logistically it is not safe or feasible to allow vehicles to drop off and pick up at venue. All prom goers can be dropped off at bottom of woodland road, go past briton ferry rugby club, as the road arcs around the cemetery there is a lane that leads to the venue, at the lane there will be safety personnel who will direct prom goers, strictly no vehicles allowed beyond this point. If your child has a disability then a safety rep will transport the child in question. Route from lane to venue is a 5 to 10 min walk and will be littered with safety personnel. Same applies to picking up prom goers, there is plenty of parking along side the rugby club and cemetery. Many thanks for all your and support, together we can create an amazing life time memory for all involved...

Dear Y11 Parents.

Regarding the Prom after party. In order to keep the environment safe for all persons attending I would like to bring your attention to the rules below.

We are holding this after party for the enjoyment of the Y11 pupils only but please reiterate to the pupils this is being held at a residential setting.

All persons must have gained entry by 12am. (NO WRIST BAND NO ENTRY) All entrances are manned by parents/security

This event is exclusively for y11 pupils (hence list and band on entry.

All persons are required to leave the premises by 5am.

Only pupils who are on the guest list (paid) will be given a band and be granted entry.

There is no alcohol permitted to be brought into the after party. Anyone seen with alcohol will be asked to leave immediately and the parent informed.

Any unsocial behaviour the person/persons will be asked to leave immediately and the parent informed

Please be advised the marquee is situated on a field so suitable footwear is a must

When vacating the after party it us advised a car share is beneficial to reduce the traffic on the farm road.

Any persons walking are asked to respect neighbours when leaving the after party

Access is only permitted to the marquee to another access to parts of the area are permitted.

We want them all to have an amazing time and make fabulous memories 🥰💕
