Dysfunctional Disco The Dysfunctional Disco vision is to create kind, safe, judgment free space for all you beautiful humans to express yourself.

Dysfunctional Disco is super excited to showcase and celebrate a wide range of New Zealand’s exceptionally talented DJ’s and has been created with the vision of bringing people together in a safe and friendly spaces where they can express their individuality with other fun loving, music loving, like minded people. With carefully curated shows it is our hope that there will always be musical flavours to honour the tastes and preferences of all. Can’t wait to see you on the dance floor!

We are so proud to be kicking off our next Dysfunctional Disco event at the at 9pm with D-Tox and GMC.
They are a Christchurch based husband and wife duo that have a massive passion for music.
They have both been pursuing solo musical projects for more than a decade including live instrumental performances as well as DJing.
Since 2013 they have started performing together under the stage name Tala. Performing at some of Aotearoa, New Zealand’s finest music festivals, such as, Luminate, Something Else, M*A*S*S*I*V*E Summer Equinox, M*A*S*S*I*V*E Winter Solstice, Drum Fest and Kahurangi, to name a few, these guys bring you an eclectic fusion of world music, electronica, drum and bass, down beat and house. A funky tribal sound that is sure to please the masses…
The Dysfunctional Disco do not believe in warm up DJs so come in at 9pm prepared to dance!
