This weekends buffet for a lovely lady’s 60th birthday 🎉

Lots of homemade goodies included Jerk chicken, sticky asian drumsticks, peppered sausage rolls, slow roasted tomato garlic and herb pasta, lamb Souvlaki kebabs with flat breads and tzatziki sauce, tomato and pepperoni pizza roses. Along with a selection of charcuterie cups, sandwiches, quiches, rice, Greek salad, salad with honey and mustard dressing and lots of other tasty chocolate, fruit & vegetable treats.

The Gluten free selection included charcuterie cups, homemade slow roasted tomato garlic pasta, lemon & herb chicken drumsticks, cheese and tomato pizza roses, Cheese & quinoa bites with spicy sirachi sauce, chicken & slow roasted tomatoes rolls, egg salad rolls along with a selection of dips, crisps and breads.

Chocolate hearts - £12 for 9
Homemade white chocolate hearts filled with a deliciously smooth strawberry ganache centre
(Choice between white, milk or dark chocolate. Flavour of ganache can be changed to suit your tastes)

Charcuterie Box - £25
A delicious box packed with a variety of cheeses & Meats & a choice between homemade sausage rolls or pork pies. The box also includes crackers, selection of fruit, accompanied by pasta and salsa pots.

Nyla’s birthday cake, ready for collection 🥳

As this is her first birthday the customer wanted something that she could enjoy fully along with their guests, so opted for something a little different a mousse cake which is perfect for little hands and mouths.

Layers of goodness starting off with a thin layer of sponge followed by white chocolate & cream, raspberry mousse, mango mousse & completed with raspberry jelly layer 😋

Christmas parties in full swing! We have just finished up catering for a Christmas party on a construction site for a total of 250 tradesmen and office staff. We served the following homemade delicious items:

• Jerk chicken thighs, rice & peas with coleslaw
• Beef chilli with rice
• Roast pork, port gravy, stuffing and apple baps
• Vegan chilli with rice
• Spicy Asian burgers with naked slaw and sirachi mayonnaise
• Vegan burgers, salad with a spicy vegan mayonnaise

We had an incredible turn out and catered for everyone’s dietary preferences.

We also provided the marquee along with decorations for this event to enhance the festive atmosphere!
