If I smoked turkeys for Thanksgiving would anyone be interested in buying them? I'm thinking $70-$90 each depending on the size. Would consider doing Mac and cheese for your Thanksgiving table as well if there is interest. Let me know!

Thank you to everyone that ordered this weekend. It was a great cook. I ended up cooking 60 pounds of brisket, 40 pounds of pork belly, 20 pound of chicken and 30 pounds of Mac and cheese. I'm going to get to work on my new prices and I can't wait for the next cook!

Friends, along with the bbq next weekend we are offering farm fresh chicken eggs, and pumpkin bread!

Eggs are 5 dollars a dozen
Pumpkin bread (with or without chocolate chips) is 10 dollars for an 8x8 pan!

Update : 100% doing a cook for Sept 30th delivery. This will be my final cook with free delivery and before I raise my prices since I haven't in over 2 years. Get it the least expensive it will ever be again!

In addition I have a deal going on: If you buy 5 pounds of meat you get a free pound of Mac and cheese!

Does anyone miss my bbq? I know it's been a while. Thinking about having a cook Sept 30th. Anyone interested?

Good evening friends. Just wanted to update you all with my upcoming cook schedule. I have the cook this Friday for meat only and pick up only then I am back to at least a partial delivery schedule. Next cook after will be Nov 5th and then again Nov 18th. I will be smoking whole turkeys as well as turkey breasts for Thanksgiving as well. Big cook day today! Thank you all so much for your orders. 5 briskets, 6 pork butts, 7 chickens, 2 whole pork bellies, 3 racks of pork ribs and a full 3 bone rack of beef ribs as well as about 100 pounds of sides. Feeling blessed today. See you all tomorrow and Sunday!

Please let me know if you want anything by October 13th as I will be shopping that evening. Deliveries will be Sunday October 16th as I have an event on the 15th.
