Good morning friends. I will be starting up my cooks for the year this coming weekend. I will likely be doing one every week or every other week since I have a lot more free time. I will be cooking Friday and Saturday for Saturday delivery. I will have a mostly full menu available for pre order. As always the brisket is the. Most popular so I will be making extra to vac seal and have on hand. Let me feed you guys!

Hey friends. I'll be cooking again on the 2nd for delivery or pick up on the 3rd. Full menu available with the specialties being brisket and mac and cheese. Please let me know if you want to place an order and I'll get you all taken care of!

I'm going to be smoking some brisket and mac and cheese available for delivery Saturday June 29th. Please let me know if you are wanting to place an order. I have missed smoking for you guys so I'm excited to be having another cook. I will also be cooking for the 4th of July. Those will be for pick up only in Olympia. Let me know!
