It was a beautiful weekend for a bridal shower!! Thank you to Madison for trusting me with your special day, it was a pleasure working with you!

This event involved a custom brunch menu for 45 people at, Gather event center, in Woodhaven, some food items included:

1. Breakfast Sandwiches:
- Bacon, Egg, White cheddar cheese, on oven baked croissants 🥐
-Egg, Sliced Tomato, Havarti, on a toasted sourdough 🍅

2. Parfait station: Greek Vanilla yogurt, honey and almond granola, with fresh berries on top 🫐🍓

3. Fruit Salad 🍉🍍

4. Salad station 🥗

🫐 Blueberry n Lemon: This cup is layered with crushed brown sugar graham crackers, vanilla bean pastry cream, blueberry and lemon compote, vanilla bean whipped cream, and freshly grated lemon zest.

As many of you know I am in culinary school and set to graduate this upcoming month. Now that I have completed my courses and obtained my degree I am working on opening my own catering business!
